Comfortable, Open unit, Stunning Views, Minutes to Entertainment

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the perfect location of our apartment, Julieth! It’s wonderful to know that the amenities and proximity to the beach added to your experience. We strive to create a comfortable and convenient getaway for our guests, and it sounds like we hit the mark for you. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay soon!

We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us, Jessica. We're glad to hear that our staff made a positive impression, but we’re genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you faced during your stay. It’s disappointing that the TVs were not functioning and that the restaurant and coffee bar were closed, especially since those amenities can enhance a vacation. We understand how important it is to have everything in working order, and we take your feedback seriously. While the beach is a bit of a walk, we hope you were still able to enjoy the stunning views and the other amenities the resort offers. Your comments will help us improve for future guests, and we hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these matters to our attention.
