The Space:

Spend sun-splashed days by the pool or lounging on the beach, and warm Emerald Coast evenings sipping cocktails on either of your waterfront balconies - if this sounds like an ideal vacation, youā€™ve found the right spot at Ramsgate Harbor. Ideally located right on the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars, and cafĆ©s, youā€™ll have no trouble finding fun. Popular Pier Park is around eight miles away, and Camp Helen State Park and charming Rosemary Beach are around three miles away.



At the condo itself, youā€™ll find a bright, open space and two levels to spread out on. Pop into the full kitchen and prep snacks for the beach or whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table or breakfast bar.



After a day in the sun, cool off in the central air-conditioning while your beach clothes get a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV, scroll social media with the free WiFi, or unplug entirely and head back out to the balcony to watch the waves lap the shore. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, youā€™ve found the perfect getaway at Ramsgate Harbor!



There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.

Took a chance for low price…now I can’t pick the rental ever again. Place had a roach problem, saw multiple roaches on floor and in kitchen drawers. One of the twin mattresses looked and felt to have been made 30 years ago. Unfinished repairs in one bathroom. Ceiling light fixture in master as well as lamps in living area didn’t work right. Missing a folding door to laundry area. The condo did appear to have been cleaned before we arrived. There was a baby gate for the stairs which came in handy with the little ones. Messaged on Vrbo and received a response about lights and other issues the following day but didn’t follow up because we had a short stay(3 nights). I didn’t want to be blamed for existing problems is the main reason I sent message. Thankfully the weather was nice so we just stayed on the beach and at pool. Great view of water, kids love the pool and the covered parking is a great feature. Ramsgate is a great place but this rental is not, 4/10 would not rent again.

To start. I understand the property manager doesn't have complete control of cleaning crew and how the listing is advertised. But the communication between the property manager and myself was abysmal at best. Property was advertised as having 5 beds and sleeps 8. Apparently between my reserving and paying for rental dates, and us arriving. The owner decided to rearrange a room and took out one of the beds leaving us a bed short for the people we had in our party. This was not communicated to us at all. We found out doing a walk around of the unit after arriving.This might sound dramatic but it's me being honest. There is absolutely ZERO chance the unit was cleaned at all , before we arrived. Floors full of sand, candy wrappers and trash stuffed into and under the couches, trash under the beds, bed sheets highly questionable if they were cleaned beforehand , stains on majority of bed sheeting. Cookware /Pots and pans had food debris on them. Utensils had food debris on them. Found fem hygiene pads, contact packaging, and I'm pretty sure a small bag of a Controlled illegal substances under the nightstand , in the main bedroom. I spoke with someone, after a dozen or so calls, emails, and voicemails left. The first woman I spoke too was wonderful opening the case. Spoke to the Propty. mngr, ON DAY 3,was told I would be getting an email for discount for the bed situation. Never received email or return phone call since that talk with Propty Mngr. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BEWARE

The onsite person was exceptional. She helped out with several issues we had - some of our own making. There were a few cosmetic issues, though only one negatively impacted our stay. When we were checking in, a maintenance man was trying to repair a folding door to the laundry room. He discovered the door was broken and left it in place. He said he requested a replacement door, but it wouldn't be available until after we left. I removed the door so we could access the dryer (the dryer door was blocked and could not be opened with the broken door in place.) I notified the onsite person of my action. She was already aware of the door issue. Other than that, the condo worked well for us. Thank you.
