The Space:

Never let the water views out of sight at this third-floor vacation home featuring a 27-foot wide balcony with beautiful direct views of the ocean and the pool.



Thoughtful upgrades include new flooring throughout the living spaces, a king adjustable bed in the primary suite, and a new queen bed in the guest bedroom.



Unwind into vacation mode in the living room, then gather for special meals in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stainless steel oven and appliances, a dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoy three TVs and two DVD players for entertainment.

Great Getaway

We were very pleased with the accommodations, especially the cleaniness. The property was close to good restaurants and other attractions but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach or a morning cup of coffee on the balcony.

The best trip ever

Our condo was everything we could’ve hoped for! It was amazing, grounds were amazing, quiet, amazing pool, staff, everything!!!! We will stay again and hopefully soon!

Fun in the sun on Okaloosa Island.

We really enjoy staying at the Islander and this was the first time to stay in a 2 bedroom condo. It was clean and comfortable. Nice ocean view.

Great location

Great condo. The bed in master room is great but can feel the coils o the other bed so not so comfortable there. But would definitely stay here again. Very responsive to questions.

Excellent Beach View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay right on the beach! The condo was accommodating with plenty of room and an excellent view of the beach and ocean. There are a few minor issues with the condo that I'll share via email with the managing company that I hope the owner will address. I would definitely recommend this condo and Vacasa to anyone looking for a vacation rental on Okaloosa Island!

First time

This was our first time to this area of Florida and we were not disappointed. This location was awesome and easy check in. Great view and cleaner then some places I’ve stayed in the past that have been on the beach. Everyone was nice and helpful. I loved that we could get a umbrella and two chairs daily which made things easier to carry since we have a 2 year old and 11 month old. Beds were comfy; Great experience and can’t wait to come back.

The beach life was beautiful and second to none. The room was due for repairs, and the assigned us the room. We were a Little disappointed in that. Please asked before you get your room key. Because we were out of the room every day...we made due.

Great view

The blinds in the master bedroom were broke and the glass sliding door doesn’t lock or didn’t work. Other than that the place did just as we need it to. A place to lay our heads at night and able to cook and do some laundry. Great view with easy access to the beach. Wish it wasn’t so close to the pool (loud kids) when trying to relax on the balcony. All in all we had a great time. Free movie rentals, easy to check in and out. Loud upstairs neighbors oh and you can hear the sound of running water in the master bathroom all day long in the walls.

Condo is ok, could use some work

Condo location is excellent however the unit itself needs some work. The dishwasher top drawer is broken and just falls out when you barely touch it. The stove one burner doesn’t work. The blinds over the sliding glass door don’t work so anyone sleeping on the pull out couch is up bright and early. The fan in the master is about to fall out of the ceiling when you turn it on. Unit has nice new carpet but whoever installed it never put the sliding closet doors back on properly so none of the 3 closets doors work properly. For the price it needs some work.

We arrived at the property and had to unload in the pouring rain with no cover or walk way (due to construction) which we didn't really mind until we saw the actual property. The front door has one lock on it, a passcode lock, with no other security lock on the inside, that in itself made us feel uneasy. As we made our way into the condo, we really liked the space and were looking forward to our little vacation. After checking out the balcony, we realized that the door barely locked and you had to rig it to stay shut, since we had little kids with us that made us very nervous. Our first time cooking in the condo started out well until we noticed not all the stove burners worked consistently and the oven only worked on broil. As if those issues weren't enough, we opened the dishwasher to clean up after our cooking disaster and the racks fell out and had to be put back into place more than once. Then when we decided to go take a warm relaxing bath we noticed the mold around the bathtub fixtures and the frustrating water faucet that causes you to either freeze or burn in the water, no comfortable medium. Our "relaxing" vacation turned into a sick joke. It was constant frustration and took away from making memories with our family. I cannot understand how this property is allowed to be rented out. Very disappointed in this listing.
