We’re so glad to hear you found the condo beautiful and spacious! It sounds like you enjoyed the convenience of being right by the elevator, even if it came with a bit of noise. We appreciate your feedback and understand how that can be a bit distracting. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’re happy you chose to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another getaway in Gulf Shores soon!

We’re so happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay in our beachfront condo! It sounds like the size was just right for your group, and we love the idea of having the grandparents join you next year. Thank you for your suggestions about the plastic cups and kids' silverware; we always appreciate feedback that helps us enhance our guests' experience. The "ghost elevator" sounds like a fun nickname, and we’re glad the noise didn’t disrupt your stay. Being close to the elevator does make it easier for loading and unloading, especially with little ones in tow. We look forward to welcoming you back next year for another memorable family getaway!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that the location and spaciousness of the room worked well for your group, and that the elevator location was actually a helpful convenience for you and your little ones. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the cleanliness at check-in and the issues with the dishwasher and kitchen faucet. We're glad to hear the dishwasher was promptly replaced after you reported it, and we apologize for any inconvenience the faucet caused during your stay. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our local team to help improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again soon.

Thanks for visiting, Michele. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide food items in our home. We have replaced the overhead light and fan and it is working well. We hope to host you again very soon.
