All the vent had dirt covered the wall. Pillow were lacking . Dishwasher leaking water.

We had 10 people and there was room for all of us. it actually is 3 bedroom and the bunk bed has a pull out trundle bed too and the couch pulls out into bed too. It is a long walk to most stuff but you do have a store with all basics across street along with ice cream shop, s&s seafood shop and a restaurant. The code to get in the room was 10 numbers long which seemed a bit excessive so we never locked it (except at night) the whole week and never had no problems. The beach was never over crowded like around the big places and we all enjoyed our stay there.

We were very disappointed in how dirty the condo was. The floors were filthy, base boards had thick dirt on top of them, ceilings were covered in dust. Cleaning crew is definitely not doing their part. The air also can not keep up in the unit, it got very hot in there. Could help if the filter got changed, it was also completely clogged with dust.

We had a hiccup upon arrival with a 3hr delay in checking in bc our condo had not been cleaned from the prior guest. The host got it taken care of asap and was willing to reimburse our meal for the evening due to the inconvenience. The pillows provided could use a major upgrade and a little TLC on the bedding. Communication was great with our Avari team. Once we were settled in, the condo was enjoyable. The beach access was great. View was wonderful from the end of the breeze way. The pool had easy access and water was cold, Having a designated parking spot was nice. The location was convenient, not too busy and close to shopping and restaurants. Our family had a great time, even with some rainy days during our visit. We would come back again. Hopefully our host will consider our suggestions.

Two things stand out as positives for this property.1- direct beach access. Perfectly situated on the beach.2. The local Avari Management person Christian W. Was responsive on every issue.The rest is not so great.1. Cleanliness. You’re on the beach so there is sand everywhere. Impossible to clean sand from every crevice and didn’t expect perfection, but holy crap, under the beds, under the couches, and general dusting wasn’t close to being done in the last several weeks.2. Beds- the king bed feels like the springs gave up a few years ago. The hide a bed couch had a huge stain and other dirt all over it. Christian hooked us up with an air mattress because that bed was so nasty. Kudos to him for that.3 general maintenance. Hole in the master bath wall, broken lamp shade, 4. Parking- we got an additional parking pass. The spaces are assigned for one car. I emailed the host via the VRBO app and they stated to park in any available spot. I specified the assigned parking spaces again and they said it would be fine. Well it was not. For a text about 9pm from the local rep saying our car was gonna be towed if not moved. Christian helped us get in a gravel area that wasn’t marked and had no signage. Overall- the place needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Did it ruin our vacation? no! We still had a great time! Not sure if this is an Avari owned condo or privately owned. If Avari owns it, they should know better. If it’s privately owned, invest in maintenance!
