Are you looking for your next larger home to enjoy with your comrades? Look no further than the Coach House. This mining themed vacation home is the perfect place to kick your feet up after a long day exploring the black hills or on the local ATV/Snowmobile/Ski trails. There's so much do nearby, enjoying the amenities of this home will be welcomed. This 6 bedroom, 3-Level, Custom-Built Black Hills Cabin, is within walking distance to the clubhouse heated swimming pool. Located Southwest of Terry Peak, you can be skiing in minutes! You can also access the local ATV/Snowmobile Trails & Mickelson Trail just on the other side of HWY 14 - You can ride your ATV's directly to the trails!!

The 6 Bedrooms have 6 Queen Beds plus 4 Twin-Size Beds - plenty of space of all your friends and family joining you on your next vacation. The Main Level Coach House has an open Kitchen/Dining/Great Room with Gas Fireplace. The Loft includes a Master Bedroom with Private Deck. The Lower Level of Cabin has a Large Family Room w/ Gas Fireplace, Wet-Bar, along with Walk-Out Patio & Hot Tub (just a few steps to the Swimming Pool at the Clubhouse) Hardwood Flooring & Custom Tile throughout the property and includes Flat Screen TV's, Central Air Conditioning, and laundry area so you can enjoy all the amenities from home.

Coach House is accessed on all paved roads and has ample parking for your vehicles and recreational vehicles. You'll also get access to the clubhouse with gold mining decor and log accents which boast many amenities including the heated pool, dual hot tubs, sauna, work out facility, gas grill, family room with bar top, air hockey/pool table, and WIFI. With all these amenities, you'll never want to leave your peaceful home away from home!

Bedroom 1 - Upper Level - 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.
Bedroom 2 - Upper Level - 2 twins as a bunk bed
Bedroom 3 - Upper Level - queen bed.
Bedroom 4 - Main Level - Queen Bed
Bedroom 5 and 6 - Each have a Queen Bed

Nice Place but Needs Attention

We had a great time exploring the Black Hills with our group and were thankful to find a cabin that could comfortably fit all of us. The layout worked well for a larger group, and the location was great for all the activities we had planned.The host seemed nice and reasonable. We did not contact him due to being busy and not needing the place to be perfect but we definitely want to mention these issues so they may be addressed for the next group. The cabin has a lot of potential but is in need of a thorough deep clean. After reading through many previous reviews, it’s clear that cleanliness has been a consistent issue, and it’s disappointing that it still hasn’t been addressed. A vacation rental should have clean floors, comfortable beds and bedding and comfortable towels.The mattresses were old and saggy, and the pillows were paper thin, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The windows and patios were very dirty, and the grill was filthy. My husband cleaned it but we ended up not using it anyway.Overall, we were busy and enjoyed our time in the area, so we didn’t need perfect accommodations but I know we would have enjoyed our stay much more if the property had been cleaned a bit better. I really hope the many mentions of improved cleanliness are no longer ignored, because this could be a great rental with just a bit more care.

Dirty towels in the upstairs bedroom confetti in the upstairs bathroom. Live bugs on the bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Garbage bag under the steps when walking up the outside steps. Bath tub on main floor sounds like you are going to fall through when you are in the shower.

Black Hills Friend Trip

The property was very comfortable, plenty of room, beds & bathrooms for all of us. Enjoyed the hot tub, cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting on the deck!

Second stay in this rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental twice as a family and enjoy the location in the rental area. Our grandkids love the easy access to the clubhouse and pool right in the backyard of this rental. Downside is the basement door for easy access to the hot tub is non functioning/broken so we had to go out the front door and around the house to utilize the hot tub. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but the weekend we were there, it was chillier in the evening so hot tub felt great... walk around the house afterward was not as great!

Coach House weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! I will say, we were all a little surprised by the condition of the cabin. It was extremely dirty. We ended up having to wash all the bedding before going to sleep because it looked to be unwashed. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms also looked to not be cleaned. I found dried up contact lenses on the side tables. Also found Trojan lube in the downstairs bathroom... thankfully, we didn’t have kids with us. Otherwise, great location and overall enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful getaway for our wedding weekend

The Coach House was our answer to finding lodging for 14 people coming from Kansas to have a wedding. The cabin was very easy to get to and very comfortable for everyone in our group. Inside we found a cozy environment for all of us to spend three days together, never once did we feel cramped or too close to each other. Dishes and utensils were provided as expected, but in addition, there were many extra small appliances (crock pot, griddle, etc) that we definately put to use. As people have come and gone, they have left thongs in yhe house such as seasonings and coffee filters (there are enough filters to last a year or so). We would love to stay here again of the opportunity arises. Also, in the drawer next to the fridge, there are a bunch of can coozies that people have left. Bring one ftom your area and throw it in the drawer for fun. Ours says #TK and 9/23/23 (Our wedding day)

The club house is walking distance from the house and activities, grocery shopping, and gas are only a 10 minute drive away. Other attractions are 30 minutes to 2 hours away depending on what you are looking to do. We had a fantastic vacation!

Amazing house

We had an amazing Sturgis bike week at this residence. Owner had great communication with us. House was just as described and was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Plus the clubhouse was right out our back door.
