Beautiful cabin! Easy booking & communication with the property owner was a breeze. Also, great view off the back deck. Plenty of bedrooms our two families to have enough room to spread out.

Exceptional Hills House

This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it! 14 of us stayed comfortably for an extended weekend of ATVing. Clean, well stocked and comfortable! Awesome house!!

Great house and wonderful vacation

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. The house accommodated 9 couples comfortably. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we would definitely stay at this property again if our travels took us back to this area. We rode our SxS from this location and had good access to trails and gas stations.

Fantastic Family Vaca

My sister and I had a great time with our parents, our husbands and our children! The home was a perfect location to engage in the activities we planned. The home was laid out very well, so we could all be together, but also have space so we were not on top of each other the whole weekend!

Amazing House and great Owner

Our stay in this house was wonderful. Lots of room and plenty of beds for our group. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was super and so easy to communicate with. The views are incredible. Highlight was Elk walking through the back yard. We are Booking again for next year.

Outstanding Vacation

The location was beautiful . The house was great, plenty of room for all 11 guest and not feel cramped with multiple sitting areas. The garage was spacious enough for 7 motorcycles. Our host was very responsive to any needs that may have arisen, but the house had everything we needed plus some!

Amazing property

This property is better than described. There was 10 adults, 7 children and it was perfect. We had plenty of space with extra space. The owners were very respondent. I would recommend this amazing large house to anyone!

Beautiful view. Plenty of space!

We rented this beautiful home to Sturgis 2023. It was everything we needed. Plenty of space of all 18 of us. And the view from the back of the house was magical. Owners were awesome and great communicators. Could not have asked for more.

Our stay at the cabin in Lead was great. Cole, the host, was super responsive and answered all our questions prior and during our stay. Check-in was smooth with key code access given when the house was ready for check-in. The location worked out well for our adventures in the Black Hills area and the house easily accommodated 13 of us. Everything was in working condition and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed except for a drinking pitcher. . . which one of my guests ended up buying and leaving in the house for future guests :) The wi-fi went out a few times during our stay, but all it took was a reset of the router and all was well - definitely not an issue to lose a "star" for, but curious as to why it was unstable. The 5 bathrooms in the house were in great locations, making them accessible to everyone in the party, with plenty of towels available. Overall, a comfortable and clean house in a convenient location.

Yearly Family Vacation

We liked the location and the house was plenty big for our group of 18. It's a nice house with just a few small issues. Missing light bulbs, several smoke detectors not hooked up and a kitchen with a mishmash of dishes and cookware and not enough silverware. Coffee pot didn't work and neither did the vacuum (tried to clean up after ourselves. The biggest issue of all was the lack of blinds in almost all the bedrooms. These were all small items but when you pay as much as this house was for the week you expect these to not be an issue. I wouldn't let these items keep me away but I would ask and see if they were fixed.

Spacious Black Hills gathering spot

We stayed a week in August with a multi-family party of about 12-13. The cabin has lots of room; we really appreciated the large number of king beds and en-suite rooms. The area is popular with motorcyclists and ATVs, and there is a large working mine nearby, so there were some times with loud noises outside. The house does a pretty good job of reducing those noises. There were a number of minor maintenance items, easily remedied. Given the nearby ski resort, I think we visited in the "off season" and it may have been a bit since a major cleaning and repair pass.

Good location

Our family of 15 had such a good time on our vacation. The house is in a good location for all of the attractions in the area. we had a problem with the microwave and the owner brought one the next morning. I highly recommend staying there.

Better than pictures showed

We had a great time at the house. The beds were the best we have ever had at a vacation home. I even asked the make and model of the mattresses. Our family had a great time. We had no problems communicating with the host and the circle driveway was great for all the vehicles. The black stone in the garage was perfect for the large meals. We explored around the area and made wonderful memories. Oh, I went online and bought the same comforter for our bed at home! Thanks for the memories!
