Perfect for up to six guests, this residence is just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and minutes from the charming towns of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. The condo is located on a peaceful lake nestled next to Point Washington State Forest, providing a serene backdrop for your stay.

Your Space
Step inside to an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area features a plush sofa and TV, with direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, fridge with ice maker, microwave, kitchen island with two bar stools, and a bistro set for two. The dining area seats six, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Construction Notice:
Seagrove Highlands is scheduled to undergo exterior painting and waterproofing beginning September 8, 2026, through early February 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, temporary parking restrictions, limited balcony access, and workers or equipment around the property. The schedule and affected areas are subject to change due to weather and project progress. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this necessary maintenance.
