Great place to stay!

Loved this property. The pool and outdoor area was a hit, and the indoor areas were clean with a full kitchen to use for cooking. Would definitely stay at again!

Great house in nice area

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely anything you would need. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. It was too cool to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. On a morning walk we encountered many friendly people, and the neighborhood seemed safe with lovely houses and beautiful desert landscaping. Next time we’re in Tucson will stay here again.

Tucson Visit

Overall the property was great, house was well laid out and spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Yard was relaxing, felt like nature all around and very peaceful. Would recommend additional sofas/chairs for the living room, one couch and recliner barely accomodated our family of 4. Kitchen had everything although we did not cook, perhaps a larger coffee maker would be nice. Pool looked very inviting, but still a little early in the year for swimming although it was great to sit around and dangle toes in the water.

Beautiful Desert Oasis

This house was absolutely lovely. Set on almost an acre, the home is spacious, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. It was immaculately clean as well. We loved the tranquility of the enclosed back yard, complete with the sound of birds and wind. Out front is a stunning view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. You would be hard pressed to realize it was only a short distance from Ina Road, with all the conveniences of shopping and restaurants close by. The staff was very responsive when we texted them and got back to us quickly. The only drawbacks were the lack of a king size bed( although our bed was extremely comfortable) and a front door that took a bit of work to lock properly-had to make sure to pull the door tightly in in order to lock it. If you want the experience of living in the high desert, without the work of camping, this is the perfect place for you. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement, and we will pass your comments regarding the bed and lock on to our local operations manager for consideration. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

Excellent location, thoughtful touches

Someone was very thoughtful about things that matter - night lights inside and out, an easy-to-read address marker, an immaculate pool, lots of closet space, plenty of outdoor seating, scrupulously clean throughout and a well-appointed kitchen. The house is in an excellent location to reach much of Tucson's attractions. Before I share my only negative issue, let me just say that I travel for business about 40% of the time, so I know there is a lot of variance in mattresses. At this house, I tried all of the beds to see if one was comfortable and not hard, and finally used one with a mattress pad, but that did not help very much, it was still a hard (overly firm) mattress. Did not sleep well.

No response from property manager

I left numerous messages to the property manager over a span of three days and received not a single response. When I called to address this concern they said they did not see the messages on their end. I asked to send screenshots of the messages to them and they shared a text to receive those messages. It showed proof but even still they were completely dismissive and showed no concern. Definitely a safety issue and shows a lack of respect for those who book and stay with them.would not recommend.

Sarah, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. Our local manager assured us that our team made multiple attempts to speak to you and we sincerely regret that they were never able to connect with you. A plumber was scheduled to repair the clogged sink you encountered during your visit and we are glad to note the issue is resolved. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
