The Space:

Toes In The Water is a spacious, beautifully laid-out beach home designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. With two full kitchens and two living areas, the separate entrances to both levels make it perfect for multi-generational groups who want to be together, and yet have their own spaces. You get the privacy of individual units, with the convenience of proximity all under one roof!



Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living area featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room, the perfect place to gather after a long day on the sand. Just off the living area is a screened-in porch, a breezy, sunlit spot that’s perfect for slow mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings with a drink in hand. This level also includes a king primary bedroom with a private ensuite bath, a bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed, and another bedroom with two Queen beds. A full hallway bathroom adds extra convenience for everyone.



Downstairs offers even more room to spread out, with a second full kitchen and a spacious living room , great for winding down separately or giving families (or in laws!) their own, private accommodations. On this level, there’s a King bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects to another bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a pyramid bunk (Full/Twin). This is also a perk for handicapped or elderly family members, as you do not need to climb a full flight of stairs to access all the necessities and comforts of a home.



When it comes to fun and relaxation, this home really shines. The converted garage has been turned into a game room complete with a pool table, dart board, and poker table, plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained. After a day at the beach, soak in the hot tub, take a spin on the bikes, or make beach days effortless with the provided beach gear.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: Unregistered Pets, Late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
