Toes In The Water is a spacious, beautifully laid-out beach home designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. With two full kitchens and two living areas, it’s ideal for groups who want to spend time together while still enjoying a little privacy under one roof.



Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living space featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room, the perfect place to gather after a long day on the sand. Just off the living area is a screened-in porch, a breezy, sunlit spot that’s perfect for slow mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings with a drink in hand. This level also includes a primary bedroom with a private ensuite bath, a bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed, and another bedroom with two Queen beds. A full hallway bathroom adds extra convenience for everyone.



Downstairs offers even more room to spread out, with a second full kitchen and a spacious living room , great for winding down separately or giving kids and adults their own hangout spaces. On this level, there’s a King bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects to another bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a pyramid bunk (Full/Twin), making it perfect for families.



When it comes to fun and relaxation, this home really shines. Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: Unregistered Pets, Late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
