This cozy, newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Uptown Pagosa Springs offers easy access to the golf course, restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart. Just 5 minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs, and 40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, this home is perfectly situated for both convenience and relaxation.

This home sits in a quiet, residential mountain-living neighborhood just north of Highway 160 in Pagosa Springs. The feel is peaceful and family-friendly, with wooded lots, trees, and a small-town mountain setting rather than dense urban development. Close to several savory restaurants, the grocery store and even Walmart, you're sure to feel the convenience. 5-minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs where we boast the world's deepest geothermal mother spring which feeds our soaking pools. Relaxation is but a short drive away. Located 40 minutes away from Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and backyard. Guests can enter the home using a keypad code to the front door.

This mountain-modern luxury home is the perfect escape for both relaxation and adventure. Just off the entryway, you’ll find a spacious private office with a dedicated desk—ideal for remote work. The open living area features soaring vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The main level includes a junior primary suite with a queen bed, along with a convenient half bath for guests. Down the hallway off the dining room is the primary suite, featuring a king bed and a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a generously sized laundry room with ample shelving for storage. This space provides direct access to the attached two-car garage, which is available for guest use.

Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the gas grill, relaxing hot tub, and serene forest views. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional entertainment area along with two bedrooms—one with two twin beds and another with a queen bed—plus a full bathroom.

Getting around is a breeze in Pagosa. Where you are located will be a short 5-minute drive to historic downtown Pagosa Springs and a 45-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Should you choose to venture farther than Pagosa you'll find Durango and its Silverton Railroad an hour away and Farmington, NM two hours from Pagosa. In between all that guests are sure to stumble across Chimney Rock National Park, Navajo Lake and more. If you head over the pass it will bring you into the quaint town of South Fork where if you make a left and drive about 2 hours your find yourself in the historic mining town of Creede.
With much to see and places to be you're sure to have a full plate when it comes to thing to do here.

Wi-Fi (Starlink) will be provided for guest use and enjoyment. We live in a small mountain town and experience frequent outages. Refunds will not be provided for Wi-Fi issues.

Colorado likes to keep us on our toes, expect inclement weather and be happily surprised when that is not the case. We live at altitude which means you need to drink lots of water, altitude sickness is no joke and definitely no fun!

We like to boast the most snow in Colorado. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Expect driving in snow, walking in snow, and playing in snow. Ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)

Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.
