Welcome to Beers by the Beach! This fabulous home has been recently renovated and never before offered to the rental market. Tucked away on the quiet streets of Old Seagrove, this lovely beach home is ideally situated just 1 block off of 30A and the beach, with access to over 3000' of wide open beautiful beaches!

When you aren't enjoying time in the sand on the beach, you won't want to leave this backyard oasis. Inside the home you'll find a large open kitchen/dining/living space, where you can prepare meals and enjoy family time after a fun day at the beach. The renovated kitchen offers a large french door refrigerator and freezer, a gas range, wine cooler and everything you might need to prepare all of your meals. For coffee, this home offers a Keurig Duo, meaning you can prepare you coffee by the cup or by the pot - options for everyone!

On the first floor you will find the kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as a large primary suite, powder bath, and laundry room. The largest bedroom mirrors the primary suite on the first floor, with a king bed and ensuite bath - offering a double vanity and large walk in shower. This large bedroom also offers private access to the second floor porch at the rear of the home.

The third bedroom is the bunk room, which shares a large hall bath with the queen bedroom (4th bedroom). The bunk room offers a queen size bed on the bottom with a twin size bed overhead. This room offers a large dresser and closet and is directly across the hall from the hall bath. The hall bath offers a double vanity, large linen closet, toilet, and shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing young children.

The last bedroom upstairs is the queen bedroom, offering a lovely queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. This bedroom shares the hall bath with the bunk room.

The upstairs living room offers a great spot for kids to watch their own movie, and it offers additional sleeping space for 2 on the pull out sleeper sofa.

You are only 0.7 mi to the center of Seaside and only 0.1 mi (3 minute walk) to the Azalea/Camelia beach access. Or hop on the provided bicycles and take the 30A bike path anywhere you'd like to visit along 30A!
