Enjoy the privacy and space of this three level house overlooking lake Winnipesaukee and the Ossipee mountain range. The house has central air conditioning with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room with stone fireplace, game room with ping pong table, a deck on every level, large yard, all the amenities of home plus dvd players with a selection of movies, two flat screen t.vs, all linens provided. New in 2020, large patio with firetable and plenty of seating. The house is minutes from many recreational activities, Gunstock mountain, Weirs beach, Funspot the world's largest indoor arcade, movies, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya state park beach and Meadowbrook(Bank of New Hampshire pavilion) which is a popular concert venue.

The home was exactly as described and the view was amazing. All 3 floors were well maintained, super clean and cozy with gorgeous lake views. The decks were perfect for reading and napping in the sun. The location was super close to gunstock, weirs beach, Laconia and plenty of places to eat. We spent a lot of the weekend just hanging out enjoying the view, playing ping pong in the game room, walking our dog up the hill in the neighborhood and breathing in the fresh air and quiet. The host was super responsive and accommodated us with early check in and the caretaker was available for any questions we had. Can’t wait to stay there again!

All of the above house was clean Carolyn was an excellent host /pet friendly /family friendly and breathtaking views. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we will definitely be back. What a great getaway

Wonderful property. The home was very clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. A large lawn to let the kids and dogs run around, and a wonderful view of the lake from the deck for my husband and I to relax and take it all in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home and beautiful view.

This was a great rental, the owner and caretaker are awesome! We will be going back! My only complaint is the beds are a little uncomfortable and the deck furniture too. Just needs updating . everything else was PERFECT!! worst case I bring a mattress topper! The road in is a little scary on a motorcycle but we found the back way. Worth the tight turns.

The house exceeded my expectations. Very clean and cozy. The view was amazing! We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the view of the lake.

Incredible Views!!

Carolyn’s place was perfect for our vacation to Gilford, NH. The house was clean and exactly as expected! Rebecca met us shortly after our arrival and was wonderful as well. I would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! My only “advice” is to be careful with the hot water - it can get extremely hot!

Beautiful Views

The house is beautiful and had everything needed for your stay. The view is absolutely stunning 😍 The check in process ran very smooth with the property manager right down the road. Excellent property!!

Golf stay

House was very nice, beautiful property and great location. By the 2nd day I had the grill run out of propane with about 3lbs of tips half cooked. There were two more tanks in the shed both empty. The same night the propane tank ran out for the propane fire pit. And we went to use the hottub the next day only to find it empty and full of leaves and pine needles. Last day when I went to do some laundry there was a load still in the machine from prior tenants. Overall great house but requires better management.

Wonderful Get Away!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay with close friends! This house was truly beautiful with wonderful amenities and just breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee! It was well located in a quiet area, yet close by to shopping, restaurants and the Bank of NH Pavilion, where we had concert tickets to a great show. Carolyn was very easy to communicate with from the start and made sure we had everything we needed. Rebecca welcomed us upon arrival and suggested some great restaurants nearby! Great stay, we would definitely return! Thank you very much!

Exceeding Expectations

Carolynn and Rebecca surly went above and beyond for what was meant to be a long-needed getaway for me and a group of close high school friends. Their communication was great and made us all feel welcome from start to finish. I 100% plan on staying here again to continue building memories in such a beautiful New Hampshire area. All you need and in a great location.

Spent the week here and I have to say the house was spotless with all the amenities of home. Beautiful views from the huge wrap around deck and for us the location could not have been better. Care taker and owner were both a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely book this house again.

Christmas in New Hampshire

This is a beautiful house with many extras. Our Christmas week included a winter Ice storm that locked us in on Christmas day but our family in NH was able to manage the roads and the icy drive to join us so everything worked out wonderfully. Our host made sure to have the drive plowed ASAP and we were able to enjoy the surrounding area for the rest of our stay. The only negative was a fireplace that was not functioning but our host assured us that it would be fully functional for the next guests. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great Labor day weekend

The location is perfect, we attended a concert at nearby Bank of New Hampshire pavilion a short 10 minute drive, the beach is 5 minutes away and Gunstock right down the road. Tremendous views from the various decks. Caroline and her sister could not have been more accommodating. Great time

Weekend get away

The views are stunning, just sitting on the deck and looking at the lake and hearing the sounds of nature made me fall for the property. I felt like this house had everything I was looking for, open living room with lots of windows, very large decks for entertaining and a spacious yard with beautiful flowers. I love the feel of the town of Gilford it has a wonderful New England charm.

The location of this house is so ideal, in just minutes you could be enjoying the many hiking trails, relaxing at a beach with beautiful views or taking in a concert at Meadowbrook. When you are at the house you feel like you are in a quiet paradise.
