Architectural villa "bohemian chic" decoration of 3 floors, with private pool + luxury penthouse (loft and rooftop) with jacuzzi, near the beach, in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. The villa has 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites (3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds), 5 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Each floor is independent. Ideal for a group of friends or family (up to 14 guests). Villa Prince is located in a private and secure residence with many green spaces and leisure activities such as a gym and a common pool.

You can have your breakfast on your pool terrace, surrounded by lush nature or enjoy your favorite cocktail at sunset in the rooftop jacuzzi with a breathtaking 360° view over the jungle.

The rooms

The Prince villa has 5 rooms perfectly distributed:

• Room 1 "WATER" on the first floor: king size bed, located with exit on the pool of the villa
• Room 2 "FIRE" on the 1st floor: King size bed with a view on the pool
• Room 3 " AIR " on the 1st floor : Queen size bed with view on the jungle
• Room 4 "EARTH" on the 1st floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom.
• Room 5 "SKY" on the 2nd floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom. The room integrates a large loft completely opened with an independent kitchen, its living room, its dining room, its terrace, and its direct access to the Rooftop.

* All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, fans, air conditioners and screens.

Features and amenities

• 5 fully equipped bathrooms are distributed over the 3 levels of the house
• 2 living rooms: one on the first floor where 2 people can sleep, with direct access to the garden and the pool; the other in the loft on the 2nd floor with a sofa/double bed
• 2 dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one on the first floor and the other in the loft
• The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets
• The televisions on all 3 floors have access to Netflix.

The furniture in the villa was created by local artists and craftsmen. 80% of the wood used comes from a tree that fell over 100 years ago in what is now our garden and pool.

Exterior - Features:

• Garden and private pool: located on the first floor with a wooden deck, lounge chairs, dining area and outdoor shower.
• Rooftop: On the third floor, with pergola, summer kitchen (barbecue and sink), dining area, living room with Jacuzzi/spa for 6 people, wc and outdoor shower.

Erika, our super-host, will make your stay more enjoyable as she will be attentive to your needs and give you the best tips for visiting the area.

If your idea is to organize a Mayan ceremony, Erika will be able to provide you with different quotes.

For your convenience and comfort, we have a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.

2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Villa Prince is located in a private residential area with 24 hour access protection, with services such as: Gym, communal pool, multipurpose room.
