'Good Gracious A Livin' ' is a recently remodeled, one level 3 Bedroom 2 Bath beach and golf cottage. Located in the beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, this home makes a great spot for family or golf vacations. The home features an open kitchen with all new granite countertops with new stainless appliances. With the kitchen open to the dining and living areas it makes it easy for conversations and entertaining to never be interrupted. The living area with a 50inch smart TV makes a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying your favorite movies and shows. The dining area invites you to enjoy great meals on an antique glass top dining table that will seat six comfortably and additional 6 seats are available around the bar area. The bedrooms are as follows: Master Bedroom – King Size bed with 32 inch smart TV with view of the 11th fairway of the Links Golf Course. 2nd Bedroom - King Size bed with 32 inch smart TV. 3rd Bedroom - Two full size beds with a 42 inch flat screen TV. With hardwoods and plantation blinds throughout the home it gives that southern hospitality flavor that is so welcoming. Also, this home has a screened in patio to enjoy a great book or just to take that afternoon nap and outside patio for outdoor grilling and a view of the golf course. Several pools are in close proximity that are available for our guest to use at their leisure. Wireless internet is available for all guest. Also, we have a golf cart...... no better way to get around the resort than using a golf cart.

Great family location

Great location and setup!

This house is in the perfect Sandestin location! We were minutes away from the beach and wharf, and everything was easily accessible by golf cart. Plenty of space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our trip to the area!

Family Vacation 2023

This was our first time going to Destin, Fl and we loved it!!! The home was beautiful and comfortable. The area was inviting and very secure. Our family of 10 enjoyed the stay and plan on coming back next year. Thank you Eddie, we loved your home and we created so many great memories with our family.

This Place is Super Gorgeous

We loved our stay for the New Years Holiday and I can't say anything else, but WOW!!! There is not doubt in our mind where we want to spend our summer vacation in Sandestin. Thanks for having such a great place at an affordable price. Look forward to our visit soon.

A Little Piece of Paradise

We have vacationed in Sandestin for years, staying in both hotels and private homes. This property tops the list! It is beautifully renovated and provides amenities that help one feel at home - soft sheets and towels, large screen TVs in living area and all bedrooms, comfortable furniture, and an inviting open kitchen/living area. The owner is extremely easy to work with and strives to make your stay one to remember.

Great Place to stay

If I could change anything at all, it would be for the unit to come with a 6 seater golf cart. Not having a golf cart in this community is not advised. Luckily my son was ok with us renting him and bike and he just followed us on the bike. Overall, loved the location and the unit!

Great Week+

We had a great time on our 10 day stay. Check in/out was a breeze. House is laid out great for a big family. King in master may be the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in. Eddie check in on us, is possibly best host/manager/owner i've encountered in 15 yrs of going down to Sandestin.

No Need to look at anything else!

OMG this place is incredible. We booked it for the price but can't believe what a bargain it is! We have stayed at lots of VRBOs and thought since the price was right something would be wrong...the only thing that was wrong was our idea! Everything is so new and nice! The kitchen is perfect-they have a great table but we spent all of our time at the kitchen bar. The beds were really comfortable-it was like staying in a brand new hotel. We are definitely going back. I am afraid to recommend it to my friends for fear that it will be booked forever!

Perfect home away from home

This place was wonderful! It not only had everything that we needed but the location was amazing! You really didn't even have to leave the property if you don't want to because there are plenty of shops, restaurants and activities on the property. Would advise you to use the golf cart the owners offer as this was our main method of transportation. We used the golf cart to get to the beach, grocery store and stores across Highway 98 using the beach tunnel access. Our daughter ended up with an ear infection from all the swimming so we even got to visit the on-site medical clinic and pharmacy and can tell you firsthand they were great. Owners were wonderful and made themselves available whenever we had questions. Will definitely use this rental in the future and can't wait to come back!

Mixed experience

Nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. We had 2 issues but owner was quick to respond and resolve. One issue though, was not resolved to our satisfaction. The unit was not clean when we arrived and our check-in was delayed 4 hours. Owner refused to refund our full cleaning fee, but did provide small refund to compensate time we were delayed.

Absolutely Perfect

Normally, my family rents a cottage in Frangista Beach; but decided to try something different. I am so pleased that we ventured out. This home has EVERYTHING. It's modern, decorated nicely, yet is quite kid friendly. it's the perfect balance for adults to enjoy themselves without feeling like they are stuck in a Disney hotel yet comfortable enough that I never worried if my son was going to break something. Wifi Connection is strong-some may laugh-but that is a HUGE item for me. Each bedroom has TV's. The master bedroom is a smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix account to watch tv (if you'd like). The home is fully stocked with everything you would need. Great quality dishes, utensils, towels etc. We LOVED having the golf cart and scooting over to the beach or Baytowne Wharf for dinner and hanging out. We always felt safe, secure, and sound. I would definitely recommend this home. We will certainly be back, sooner than later!

Spring Break 2021 Review

This property is in a great location. Sandestin resorts spans both sides of Hwy. 98. Part of it is located on the Gulf of Mexico (beachside), and the other majority part sits along the Choctawatchee Bay (bay side), several golf courses, a purpose built town (Bay Town) and multiple ponds and neighborhoods. This property is located on the Bay Side and is centrally located near the main entrance gate, slightly to the west, in an, older freestanding well-kept condo community. It is quiet and secluded but due to its central location, it is a quick drive (particularly if you rent the golf cart) to all amenities, which include pools, golf courses, the beach, Bay Town, and restaurants, etc. The location is a definite plus - so long as you are not hoping to be on the water. The back part of the condo overlooks a lovely, grassy shaded courtyard, which the boys used to play lacrosse, frisbee, or toss the football. There is a slight view to one of the golf courses, but plenty of room to play without disturbing anyone. They were also able to roller blade along the community road leading up to the condo and even enjoy some driveway hockey. (Plastic pucks and small nets - no windows were in danger.) The back porch area is a great sun spot in the spring, but in the summer, would be hot. However, there is a shaded/screened front porch area that is also nice for sitting and during summer. Next, the condo itself has been beautifully updated. The decor is nice, beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. You can watch anything you want on tv - all bedrooms also have their own. (The two boys could play x-box in the bedroom while we watched tv.) My personal favorite was the basket of beach reads (magazines and books) which were also useful for a rainy day. We went out to eat most of the time, but the condo has everything you need if you want to cook dinner in, bake, make cocktails, or enjoy coffee. It also has a large table with plenty of seating and additional stools at the counter, as well as an outdoor table that will seat another 4. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, no need to pack your own. Finally, I have to emphasize that the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, I could not locate the set of keys for the golf cart, and he responded immediately. I will definitely rent again the next time we head down.

Nice and open space

Great location, short golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants/shops. Open kitchen, living, and dining making it feel much bigger than some of the other rentals. Had a great time!

Really Lovely Family Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was comfortable and extremely clean in a beautifully kept quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a fun bonus to ride around the neighborhood and to the beach. The nearby beaches are really beautiful and we enjoyed exploring several. Eddie was kind and wonderful to work with as a host. He was responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a comfortable home for your beach vacation, look no further!

Wonderful home!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area. Eddie was super friendly, easy to work with, and great at getting back with me. We loved being able to rent the golf cart; what a fun way to get around! The beach was very crowded the week we went, but we enjoyed time at the nearby state parks and pools. We hope to come back again and would recommend this home to anyone. It was perfect!

We are the Armstrong's... We live in Birmingham, Alabama, but love our vacation home in Sandestin. We purchased in June 2013 and spent the last half of the year remodeling our cottage in order for our family, friends and guest to enjoy more updated amenities when getting away to the beach. We hope your family will enjoy our home as much as we do.
