We love that you’ll enjoy our home, but we kindly remind you that only registered guests are allowed. If you’re unsure about whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please reach out to us before booking. Just ask!

🚗 Parking:
Parking includes space for 2 cars, register your vehicle and pick up parking pass during check in.

🐾 Pet Policy:
For the health and safety of all our guests and adhering to our HOA rules and regulations, we are unable to accommodate any pets.

🏊 Community Pool and Hot Tub:
The community salted pool and hot tub will be available daily from 9am to 9pm. Please use the FOB key by the garage inside the home. WIFI by the pool will be provided after booking.

💪 Fitness Center:
A fitness and recreation center will be available very soon in the near future!

🔒 Security:
We take your safety seriously. There are two exterior security cameras placed in the front by the entrance, and one in the lanai, All pointed outwards.

This is standard island living and is not a reflection of cleanliness; routine pest control is performed. Gnats will gather near light sources and die within 12 to 24 hours.

** House Rules: This is a smoke-free environment inside and out. No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property (including outdoor areas), quiet hours 10 pm-8 am, and please, no shoes in the home. To maintain the aesthetic of the complex, kindly refrain from hanging towels or clothing on the lanai railing.

** Screening: Booking requires completion of a third-party identity verification within 3 days of booking or 24 hours before check-in.

** Protect Your Trip: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We uphold our cancellation policy as written.
