project making Deer Valley a unique mountain destination, and 15 minutes from Park City Ski Resort, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy world-class skiing, boutique shopping, and lively dining—then return to the comfort and serenity of Hideout’s peaceful neighborhood.



This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 11 guests, ideal for families or groups. Two private balconies with a BBQ and hot tub let you soak in the sunset over the mountains or enjoy a relaxing evening outdoors. The interior features a fully stocked modern kitchen, 2 cozy living areas with Smart TVs and DirectTV, and a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, board games, and toys for little ones. Ski boot dryers make hitting the slopes hassle-free, while the basic gym (dumbbells + bench) keeps you active year-round.



For families with young children, a Pack ‘n Play and 2 booster seats for the dining table are provided for convenience and comfort.



The layout is perfect for multi-generational stays. The upper floor includes a lockout option with its own kitchen, laundry, and luxurious bedroom. The second floor features the primary suite, a perfect place to work with a monitor, charging station, and printer, alongside an en suite bathroom. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The home was nice and in a great location. We enjoyed the views and safety of the area and it was accessible to everything we had planned. The communication was great and very accommodating.

Amazing property and views!

We loved the home along with the amazing views. We would stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family as well. It was a little outside of Park City, but the drive was not bad at all; no more than a 10-minute drive or so.

Astonishing view in a modern house.

House is brand new and equipped/furnished with top notch furniture and appliances. Beds are very comfortable with dawn blankets. View from the rooms are breathtaking. Very clean and convenient, 15 min drive to Park City ski area. Hot tub is great! Will stay again.

Beautiful property

Lovely home with a beautiful view. Decor is top notch. We had a few issues upon arrival but there were taken care of promptly & i'm sure will help to nit have happen in the future. Lots of stairs, but worked out great with having one young little family being able to have their own space to get their littles to bed. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

Great Stay, Property Had Mice.

My experience at this property was a mixed bag of delightful surprises and unexpected disappointments. Initially, the charm of the home and its amenities captivated us. It's clear that the owner has invested thoughtfully in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The location was perfect for our needs, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, making our first impressions extremely positive. However, our stay took a turn when we discovered the presence of mice halfway through our visit. Encountering pests in what had been an idyllic setting was not only surprising but also concerning. What compounded the issue was the response from the property management company, Vacasa. Despite reporting our findings, we received neither accommodation to address our discomfort nor sympathy for the situation we found ourselves in. The lack of action and empathy from Vacasa was disheartening and, frankly, disappointing. This experience has left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the property itself is a gem that the owner has clearly put a lot of effort into. It's a shame that such a beautiful home is under the management of a company that doesn't seem to prioritize guest satisfaction or respond adequately to issues that can significantly impact a guest's stay. On the other hand, it's sad to see a lack of empathy and support when it's most needed. I hope this review

We regret that the bed was not suitable for your party and have used your feedback as an area to improve upon for future guests. We deeply apologize for the unwanted critters you experienced during your stay. Due to the homes' rural, mountain location, as well as the increasing winter conditions, pests, although rare, often find their way into homes seeking warmth and refuge from the cold. While our local staff works diligently and ensures each home is treated with pest control, some critters we cannot eradicate from entering the home. We aim to provide exceptional and customer-centered care should any concerns arise during guests' stay. Our notes show that our local staff was able to quickly assist, to the best of their abilities, once notified of these concerns. We apologize if you found any aspect of our customer service to be lacking despite this, and will use this feedback to ensure our standards of customer service are being met. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!
