We’re also glad that you found the home beautiful and very clean, as we know how important those details are to a great stay. At the same time, we want to sincerely apologize for the noise issue you experienced in the master bedroom. We understand how disruptive it must have been, especially when it affected your ability to sleep comfortably. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and want to acknowledge that we are aware of the noise coming from the AC unit in this property. This building has multiple units with an interconnected venting system, and the maintenance is managed by the owner and the resort’s HOA. We have explored potential solutions with them, but this is a building-wide issue related to the vents expanding and contracting within the walls. Addressing it would require an extensive remodel involving the entire building, and at this time, the owner and HOA have not chosen to move forward with any repairs. We truly regret that this ongoing issue impacted your stay, and we appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved. We hope that despite this, you were still able to enjoy many aspects of your visit. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better experience.
