The Space:

129 Beachwalk is a single-story villa in Shipyard Plantation, directly across from the complex pool and a few minutes' walk to the beach. The gated deck is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, located through sliding doors off the dining room. Whether you are a golfer, tennis player, or swimmer, the Beachwalk complex is convenient. Set in a prime location across from the Sonesta Resort in Shipyard Plantation, these inviting villas place you just steps from the beach path, a short stroll to Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and close to miles of scenic biking trails.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light and warm wood flooring throughout. The living room features a TV, a comfortable two-chair seating area, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping options, while the dining area offers ample seating, with additional barstools at the kitchen counter for casual meals or morning coffee.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker for easy mornings.



Each bedroom includes its own TV, while the spacious primary suite boasts a private bathroom with dual vanity areas and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower—your perfect retreat at the end of the day.

My 50th Birthday Getaway

This was a fantastic place to stay. My friends and I enjoyed everything about this property. Clean and comfortable beds, bedding, and furniture. 100% satisfied with this experience and I already have plans of staying again as well as referring it to other people.

Loved the fact that is community was gated. Being a first time vacationer to the area I felt comfortable staying here. The location of the home was so close to the beach only a 5 min. House was clean and the amenities were perfect for us.

Attractive Condo!

This condo has newer updates in the Master Bath and Kitchen that are both beautiful and functional. The owner added a lot of artwork and color to the condo. We love Beachwalk because it is so close to the beach and have stayed in this complex often.

Loved the beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters decor and loved the location so close to the beach! ( Only complaint was the noise the twin beds made in the guest bedroom. The mattresses squeaked and squished )

Location, Clean, Well Equipped

We loved this condo. It’s in the last section of condos in Shipyard Plantation making it an easy walk or bike ride to the beach access point. It’s also right across from the Beachwalk pool. The kitchen was well equipped for the light cooking we did. A smart TV was included with a Netflix subscription. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful locale and condo

Great place, very close to beach in a great area; close to Sonesta Resort (we were here for a wedding). Comfortable beds and nice master bath. The coffee pot wasn’t working the first morning and Vacasa replaced it same day and was very responsive. The rep at check in was very nice and friendly. I was concerned about the odor that another reviewer mentioned and we didn’t notice anything other than the normal beach smell you have at every place at the beach. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Location. Location. Location.

The location is perfect, just across from the pool and short walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need and more in the kitchen. It truly feels like home. The master mattress wasn't horrible but not the greatest. It was a bit too firm for our liking and noisy when you roll over. I would definitely stay again and bring a mattress topper.

Location. Location. Location.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Located just across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It is well decorated and clean. The master mattress could have been better, it was a little firm for my preference as well as loud when rolling over. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again bringing a mattress topper with me.

My 50th Birthday Vacation!!!

I loved the warm feel of the villa, the outside environment, the entire setup of the villa. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a getaway. The beds as well as the sleeper sofa, slept great. Villa looks exactly as it does online, bedrooms were very spacious and everything was in order. I bought an extra blanket but didn't need it. I already have plans to stay here again and would definitely recommend this villa.

Cozy and awesome

We absolutely loved our stay in your home. The house was super cozy and really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you wished for and the beds were super comfy. The location to the beach is amazing. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to an absolutely stunning beach. People at the checking were super friendly and we loved being in this beautiful gated community where you can walk, go for bike rides, swim, play golf and do so much more. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly relax. And the fact that you have a porch to sit outside and the pool just opposite of the house, is perfect too. Awesome! Thank you so much.

Location close to the beach. Clean. Good showers. Nice kitchen. But AC sounded like a 747 taking off every time it started. Tv not in a central location for all seating to watch. Had to walk in the street to get to front door from the parking lot. Need to change the red bathroom to a more beachy color
