Beautiful 3 Bedroom & 3 Bath Villa located in Sea Pines! Located near the ocean (7-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride), off the 4th Tee Box of the new Heron Point Golf Course, and right across the street to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Fishing at your back door in the lagoon (yes watch for Alligators!), private putting green and on-site Tennis court! Parking right in front of Villa so no lugging upstairs or waiting on elevators, and no one above you. King Master Bedroom (NEW Mattress 9/24) & Queen Bedroom upstairs each with private baths, 2 Twin Beds in downstairs bedroom with direct bath access. Also, the Living room sofa pulls into a Queen size bed if needed. Great back patio with new grill & gorgeous views will sure to be your favorite coffee spot in the morning and cocktail spot in the evening.
Harbour Town is a quick 4-minute car drive, and the New Sea Pines Beach Club is less than 1 mile away right down the beach. Bike Paths at your front door so fun rides everywhere in Sea Pines or beyond. Many Bike rental companies to choose from with Bikes delivered right to your door. Golf everywhere around you here, Harbour Town Golf Links less that 5 minutes and the newest Sea Pines resort courses Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III and Heron Point by Pete Dye is located almost in your back yard. Horseback riding or Animal Petting Farm? The beautiful Sea Pines Lawton Stables are about 3 minutes away.

BEACH ACCESS CHANGE- (Walk /Bike to beach from my villa with no car parking worries!!) :)
Important information for other renters in Sea Pines!!-- very limited access and extremely limited parking at/near the beach with many rental properties that will require a trolley ride to the beach with limited hours,seats, and limited beach gear you can take on these trolleys. Lines and waiting, driving to a parking lot and parking.... Sea Pines Beach Club limits renters to 50 parking spaces per day and these are gone before 8 am and the lot has attendee to limit access.
Use caution when picking your vacation rental if beach accessibility is important to your choice in Sea Pines.

WALK to the BEACH or Bike to Beach across the street from my villa! (BONUS - the Sea Pines Beach club is less that one mile south on the beach if you want to go for food, drinks, entertainment)

A Perfect Week!

The location (close to the beach) was amazing, the accommodations were comfortable, and the backyard ambience (lagoon, alligator watching and putting green) was fun & tranquil. Canā€™t wait to go back and stay again!

The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us for our weeks stay. We loved sitting outside and watching the gators and wild life. We saw many birds including an owl and also had a deer tun right by one morning. We also enjoyed the close proximity to The Beach Club and the walking paths that we used every day to get our 3 mile walk in. We would recommend the rental to anyone looking for a great stay in Hilton Head!

Easy check-in. David is on top of everything and quick to respond. We love his place as it is close to the beach has a great backyard view and plenty of space for us.We've stayed in Sea Pines for several years now and once we found David's it's been our go to!

Perfect spot for us

This was our 14th year at HHI and have settled on this place as perfect for us for thr last 3 years. As the 5 stars suggest, the house fits the bill in every way. The location is great for a variety of activities. Close to golf, the ocean and a short drive to Harbour Town marina. Very convenient and we hope to be back.

Modern and very well appointed, we are already looking forward to our next stay! Couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and the view of the lake was stunning. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This place was perfect for my family and I. The condo was very clean when we arrived, we had everything we needed, and David was easy to get ahold of if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful time

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Out of all of the places we have stayed at HHI, this is the one we like the best! Location was perfect, communication with the owner was great, and the small things like the AC, hot water, and the grill was excellent!

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time in David's townhome on Hilton Head. The location could not be beat and with four children ranging in ages from teenagers to toddlers, we needed something for everyone. With a putting green essentially in the backyard and the beach an easy 5-6 minute walk away, this property checked all of the boxes for our family of six. Having a full kitchen, and access to a washer/ dryer was also a huge benefit. Sea Pines is the best place to stay in Hilton Head and I would highly recommend David's home.

We have been going to this Villa for several years now. It feels like home to us and the host is the best! He is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about us enjoying his villa. The location is perfect. We park our car and ride bikes everywhere during the week. Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Sunset on the beach, Lawton Stables and more, Even to the grocery store. My husband enjoys the putting greens daily. There is a beautiful view of the lagoon, which we fish in. The grandchildren love looking out at the squirrels frolicking, alligators sunning, fish jumping out of the water all day long and we even saw a deer right out our window this year!!Very clean and has comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen and good size laundry area. Has everything we need ā€¦ā€¦ weā€™ll be back again next year!!!

LOCATION: Something for everyone. Very short walk to an uncrowded stretch of beach. Good fishing 15 yards from the back door. Gator watching from the back porch. Easy walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, bars, music.VILLA: Great layout (we had 5 adults). Plenty of room, and everything was in good order. Convenient hidden service yard for bikes and beach equipment with hose bib to spray sand off before entering villa.FACILITATION: Owners communicated all details we needed in advance without prompting. Were highly responsive to our questions.Would happily stay at again.

Mid-June in HHI

The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the artwork throughout the space! David is a great host, he answered all of our questions, was very responsive and super nice. We will absolutely be staying here again.The location is excellent just a short walk to the beach or even shorter bike ride. The Villa is equipped with anything and everything that you should need other than food and other basic items. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and items.If youā€™re looking for an excellent stay in Sea Pines on Hilton head Island you should definitely choose this Villa look no further!

Sea Pines Summer getaway

Really enjoyed our stay...the location was perfect for us.. easy access to Harbortown, the beach, Calligny shops / restaurants, golf courses, etc. And loved the view and easy access to the putting green, especially for our teen golfer.. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location!

The villa was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was great and allowed us to be at the beach in a just a few minutes on our bikes. The host provided us all of the information we needed to check-in and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We had a great trip and would definitely choose to stay in this villa again!

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful villa in Sea Pines! Had minor issue with cable service but Mr. Hall took care of it immediately. The villa was perfect for our family and fulfilled all of our needs! Excellent location and plenty of gator and other wildlife sightings! Would love to stay there again!
