The Space:

If you want to swim in a refreshing pool or hot tub, fish in a lagoon, or play five sets of tennis on a clay court, know that you can do all of these things and more when you stay at this Island Club condo! Rent a bike to explore the island or play lawn golf with your friends when you're not soaking in the ocean view from your comfortable villa.



You'll find this condo in Folly Field. Take your car out to the Port Royal Plaza for some shopping or catch a flick at the nearby Northridge Cinema 10. Situated among thick, subtropical vegetation, this third-floor property feels secluded, yet manicured walkways allow for easy access to the resort's basketball courts, pools, and other amenities.



The two-bedroom villa features an open kitchen with modern appliances. The living room has plush carpets, ample seating, and a set of sliding doors that lead to the wide patio. The main bedroom, with its private bathroom, also has direct access to the patio. All areas of the villa have free WiFi access and a private washer/dryer makes taking care of laundry a breeze.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Great views!

We’ve visited Island Club for years. This condo had views of both the lagoon and the ocean! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. It’s a great place for a family vacation.

Very functional and nice condo. Great beach access. We appreciated that this unit had beach chairs. Porch is nice. Screen door tired! Wifi signal weak throughout but 5g cell tower nearby. Don’t bother using 3 separate trash and recycle bins because when you bring outside there is just one dumpster

A Great Place to Stay

Family Trip

We had a great time at Hilton Head. The condo was clean and check in and checking out was super easy. The Island Club is a great facility. I would recommend putting black out curtains in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked - maybe a little too much so. We had trouble finding pantry space. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We stayed for a full week and felt like we ultimately had everything we needed for a lovely beach stay! We had an ocean view from our condo and a short breezy walk to the beach. I loved having coffee on the balcony. The condo included more than I thought. Leave your boogie boards and beach chairs at home. The condo is well stocked! I feel like this condo is very well priced for the experience and all that it offers. We had a wonderful family vacation filled with beautiful memories!

Beautiful Ocean View

This condo has a perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. It offers every amenity you could ask for and then some. The property is quiet and peaceful and the beach is just a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely rebook in the future.

Great location, wonderful view

We spent 2 nights in 6304 IC. The view is amazing and the place was quite spacious. Steps to the beach and the sound of the ocean at night. The kitchen was well appointed and the only item lacking was wine glasses. The carpet needs replacing but well furnished.

Great condo!

Nice condo. Bathrooms nice, too. Patio provided a change from inside so took coffee there early in the morning. Easy walk to beach and appreciate beach items in closet even though we brought our own. Pool was great for little ones. Patty’s porch was a perfect respite spot at pool! Saw lots of birds, including the intriguing anhinga, also called water turkey, in pond. Kitchen well supplied and clean, thank you.

First timers at Island Club.

Everything was fine except for check in. Got there at 8 pm and no packet in the VASCA box. If not for the security guard riding around we wouldn't have known what or where to go. Condo was ok. In need of new carpeting or tile floor.

Great Location, but needed more

Place was nice enough, carpet needs replacing it was filthy. Master bed needs mattress pad, very this sheets and no pad as well as the blanket and spread was very dirty. Pillows were terrible, had extra pillows but no pillowcases for them so they weren’t any good! No one gives any direction as where/what to do with trash and a noisy child just happened to find the book that tells you to flip the water heater on. This stuff needs to be on a checklist on the refrigerator. Extra trash bags would also be nice as we were only there for 3 days we didn’t pack any extra as we would have for a 7 day stay. Kitchen had an abundance of cooking utensils as well as plastic bowls for leftovers. The guards are a joke. It took 3 trips to get parking passes. One would think they would be included in your packet! Overall great location just needs a little attention to details.

Beach Family Getaway

The proximity of this unit to the beach is its greatest asset. Island Club has great amenities, especially for kids and teenagers. This particular unit was plenty spacious for two adults and two kids. There are things that could easily be better maintained. For instance, the carpet was worn out and even missing in the transition from the kitchen tile to living area. The appliances (washing machine and dryer) are extremely loud, and the WIFI signal is very weak. While the kitchen had some basic necessities, a better supply of kitchen items would make this kitchen more usable for a week+ stay. The sheets are most definitely need to be replaced as they were extremely worn. Both bathrooms has been updated and were nice.

A Great Ending to a Disappointing Beginning

My husband and I were 2 hours away from moving into a 90 day rental that had been arranged in February of 2022, when we were notified by Vacasa that our prearranged rental was not available and consequently cancelled. Vacasa did find a comparable shorter term rental for us but it wasn’t until we got in touch with a wonderful and caring woman named Tammy in Relocation Services that we were completely satisfied. Tammy was not only understanding and open to our needs, but she also helped us secure another rental to complete our originally planned 90 days. This rental, 6304, at Island Club is great. The view is outstanding and the proximity to the beach is excellent. The condo itself is comfortable from the living room chairs to the bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished. The appliances are somewhat outdated, however they were sufficient for our needs. Our maintenance issue was handled promptly. So, after a disappointing and frustrating beginning, we ended up in a great place that felt like home.

Great complex, just ok unit / host

The property is awesome and will be back. The specific unit is just OK. We had to clean the kitchen upon arrival to get rid of a rotten trash smell. The carpet is really tired, soiled and ripped. They don’t provide some basics like beach / pool towels. Also their list of expectations for checking in and out are crazy excessive and unreasonable. I know that it’s somewhat customary for STRs to ask more of their guests than hotels but this list is nuts. You’re also not allowed to turn the a/c below 74. I tried to email the host at the address provided in their book which was returned undeliverable and the number that they gave was to a management office that didn’t answer the phone. Vacasa, the management company, was fine and I did contact them via VRBO but it took 2 days to respond which was just too late to bother with. Also, there was a light infestation issue of silverfish. Not terrible but I didn’t find a couple crawling on my with in bed so I didn’t love that. The property is great. Lots to do, easy access to the beach, clean bbq area, nice pool and hot tub, bike rentals, nice tennis facilities. We loved it there and will be back for sure but will likely look for a different unit.

Great place to stay

Room was clean and modern. Plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby sleeping in a pack n’ play). Kitchen has all the amenities. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Closet had a bunch of beach stuff in it which was useful for us. Some issues that we noticed was a used towel that was left on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived and some kind of unidentifiable mess on the balcony. It would have been nice to have a deadbolt on the door for a sense of security. Also the playground is in full sun which was a bummer cause all the things for the kids to play on were hot. Area was family friendly, staff were friendly and allowed an early check-in when the room was ready. Beach is only 5 minute walk with our kids, less than that if you don’t have kids, and the beach was not crowded and very clean. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of the complex.

wonderful vacation/so-so property

Location very good. and view from unit great. But furnishings are dated . Only surface clean/marginal. Torn carpeting. Mildew in shower. TV picture needs adjusting - screen diminished. No response to text/email notifications. No package upon arrival.

Great view

From the balcony you are next to a lagoon with ducks and turtles. You can also see and hear the ocean. Short walk to beach and other amenities. The little things that made the stay excellent; the master bath shower head and the sink faucet, high end models that are enjoyable and functional. The appliances may be older, but they work and it is what is expected in a rental. Everything you need in a kitchen and more; full assortment of spices, blender, lots of Tupperware and a reusable coffee filter. Very clean, not just the unit but the entire facility. Beds were comfortable, couch and other seating as well. Lots of closet space. Great place.
