The Space:

Impeccably decorated, this villa is laid out for a relaxing break along the Shipyard Golf Club. You'll love sitting out on the furnished patio with a slight view of the golf course. Inside, recline and enjoy each other's company in the central air conditioning. The spacious full kitchen includes a breakfast bar and full size stainless steel appliances to help with cooking any meal. Each bedroom features a TV, and the main bedroom's bathroom is fully en suite. During their stay, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and an outdoor tennis court. The family dog can also come along for the trip!



What's nearby:

In addition to Shipyard Golf Club, guests will also be within 11 miles of Arthur Hills Golf Course, Long Cove Club, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, George Fazio Golf Course, and Oyster Reef Golf Club. But beach access is just under one mile away! If you'd like to experience the water more closely, just rent a vessel from Hilton Head Boat Rentals just over three miles away.

This home was as-advertised, very clean, spacious, dog-friendly and in a quiet subdivision within Shipyard, great location close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time celebrating birthdays with friends we hadn’t seen in a while. We felt very comfortable with the ample square footage, amenities and location. The coffee bar did not include the actual supplies so I’d suggest bringing your own. Overall a great experience.

Great get away vacation

We really enjoyed the bike/walking trails, and the beautiful grounds within the complex. The condo was also very nice.

Nice, updated villa. Very close to community pool. Pool was closed several times which was disappointing. Finding a place with a pool is always something we look for in a stay, so it took some of the fun out of our vacation. The walls are VERY thin. At one point I could hear someone peeing in the bathroom above ours. Also, where the bikes are located, allow for those who are renting them to look right into our villa. I tried using the curtains but they are decorative and don’t cover the doors and windows. I don’t think you would be unhappy with staying here. These are just a few considerations when booking.

Weekend away with family.

This property was ideal for our getaway with family who were visiting us from Scotland. The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The home was well decorated and was perfect for us and our small dog.

Great Winter Getaway!

This is a beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable and impeccably maintained condo. It had everything we needed and is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed for three months and enjoyed every minute!

Perfect Beach Rental

We absolutely loved our time here. It was perfect for our family of four including two young children. The condo was impeccably decorated, immaculate and very conveniently located, just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach which was perfect! We would love to stay here again.

Had a Wonderful Family vacation here!

The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved that we were a quick walk to the pool and the beach was just a quick drive within the complex. We were close to restaurants and shopping and liked the security of the gated property. We had a great vacation and will definitely come back!
