The Space:

This lovely stay boasts a comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom, single-level villa layout located on the Barony Golf Course of Port Royal. Under new ownership (June 2023) and newly updated with fresh paint and decorative upgrades, this villa is a tasteful home away from home. Enter the villa up the four steps into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings, clean furnishings, and tile flooring. The living room has comfortable seating, a wet bar, a large TV, a DVD player, and a small reading area. The Carolina Room and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. The Carolina Room is furnished comfortably for enjoying the golf course views and sweeping landscape beyond.



The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and has everything needed to prepare daily meals. The dining area can be found off the kitchen and is open to the living space, allowing for conversation to flow effortlessly.



The spacious primary bedroom features a TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is also accessible by the hallway. The third bedroom has a window seat, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a three-burner gas grill.



The nearby beach park is a short walk or bike ride away, the park has a playground, restroom facilities, and showers. The Westin Resort, with restaurants, shopping, and resort facilities is just minutes away by car, biking, or walking. The Links also has a community pool just steps from the villa.



With all the comfort and convenience of home and all the upgrades and enjoyment of a true beach vacation, you'll want to return to this lovely villa year after year!

The condo has lots of space that was perfect for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the ability for everyone to have time together with games at the table but also room for individual groups. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Thank you for hosting us!

Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath house backing up to golf course was just right for our group of 4. Certainly would book again.

The property is well located. Parking in the garage is a plus. The bathrooms are a bit dated and the carpets in the bedrooms are at the end of their lives. The back sun room is a great place to read and relax.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed here for the weekend of the Heritage. It was super clean and accommodating. The inside decor was super cute. Loved the privacy of the place and location. Only a short drive to the buses for the tournament. I would recommend this place to any family who wants a fun get away!

Enjoyed

Loved location, golf cart, having a garage, and that bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. Property needs a little updating but was mostly clean.

The location and layout of Links 7A was perfect. We found the support from Vacasa top notch especially the Property Manager .. Erin. Property was clean but due for some updates.

Comfy Home

It's a little far inland from the beach, but the golf was enjoyable and the house is great. Kitchen is a little smaller, but the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Make sure to rent bikes as you will want them to get to Folly Field beach instead of driving there (parking is paid).

Absolutely Beautiful!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this is the Cleanest place we have stayed in and everything was so nice. The enclosed room off the back was over looking the golf course and very relaxing. The golf cart was great to have use of, especially for dropping our things off to the beach. It's a 8 to 10 minute walk but the accomodations made up for it!!

Loved 7A The Links stay with my family! Fantastic layout and very comfortable. Rental company highly professional and responsive. This really is a perfect location and rental property. We’ve been coming to HHI for 20+ years. This is a top beach rental property. I highly recommend!

Wonderful, Comfortable, Lovely Stay

We have enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! It has been the most comfortable rental villa we have ever enjoyed on Hilton Head Island and have been coming for many years, and have stayed all over the island. We enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, the lovely sun room that overlooks the golf course and immensely enjoy the Port Royal Village are. Thank you for being so accommodating and for the lovely time we enjoyed on the island. We're heading back to the NY snow tomorrow and will miss sunny March on Hilton Head! - The Powells

Great getaway before school starts

Great house! Very clean, well maintained, good location. Golf cart was a great bonus!! We will definitely rent again! Only negative...Took a bit to locate since it won't pull up on GPS. Thsnk you for allowing us to rent your home.

Nice, quiet getaway with a great layout for a family

Our family really enjoyed our time at this location. It is located on a golf course without much through traffic. We used the golf cart extensively for trips to the beach. It is about 10-15 minutes from everything on the island. The house itself is a bit worn, but the layout and location made up for it. Our teen son enjoyed having his own space in the sun room. We would stay there again given the right timing.
