The Space:

Beachy, bright, and modern – you’ve found the perfect spot for a Hilton Head getaway with this two-bedroom condo. Modern furnishings and an open layout make it easy to spend time together. When you get hungry, the updated kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of prep space to whip up some breakfast. It's only a few minutes to the beach via the onsite beach path or just spend the day working on your tan at the pool. The kids will love the nearby Sandbox Children's Museum, or spending the day together as a family in Celebration Park.



Relax in the central air-conditioning when you return home and get cozy on the sofa to watch your favorite shows on cable TV after getting cleaned up in a newly renovated bathroom. Fast WiFi will keep everyone plugged in throughout the day. Out on the patio, the ceiling fan provides a nice breeze. Dinner prep is easy with onsite charcoal grills, but if you’d rather head out, you’re minutes from lots of great restaurants. The primary bedroom has cable, while the second has Roku capabilities. Brand new ceiling fans in both bedrooms will keep everyone cool. End the night with a toast to your good luck at booking this sweet escape.

This property was exactly what we needed for our trip to Hilton Head. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to a wonderful shopping plaza and the beach. Would recommend for a family vacation!

Great place to stay

The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and shops. Nice pool. Perfect for a family of 4. Bring extra towels and be prepared to buy paper products as there are only enough for a few days.

Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location! Walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo has everything you made need in the kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable (and pillows are great!) Will definitely be staying here again!

We were in town for a tennis tournament. Property was in a great location (close to beach, shopping, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly). Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was in a great location as it was close to shopping and to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great location

This condo was perfect for what we needed. We took a quick 4 day getaway we had family staying in a beach house nearby. Almost everything you need is within walking distance! The condo is well appointed, all we needed was our beach towels! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

Very clean, updated condo. Nice shady deck. Close to beach, restaurants, live music and grocery store. Great bike trails and close to bike rental. Once you’re here, you don’t need a car. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

A very nice place to stay.

Avery nice place to stay. Everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. A great location. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only quirk is the shower head. It’s very low. Aside from that, it’s a very nice place. We would definitely stay here again.👍🏻

Pretty good

Everything was pretty nice in the condo, but the bathroom could use an update eventually. The shower head is not made for anyone remotely tall. Other than that, we had a great stay. It's walking distance to Coligny Plaza, so that was amazing!

The property is in great location !! Walking distance to beach, shopping, and restaurants. I never received any emails or texts on checkin process. That’s the only issue we had. The parking lot is also tiny so with our big truck was hard to park when lot is full. Overall would stay again. Could update the bathroom and the beds aren’t very soft but location and pool made up for the beds.

Weeks stay on March 15th - March 18th

Upon entering, the place had a nice homie feel. Everything was clean, neat and in order. My roommate and I shared the late evening hours out on the balcony and that's something I haven't always enjoyed at other places. I felt safe. The environment felt safe. In addition, nice restaurants, stores and even a grocery store, Piggly Wiggly was all within walking distance. However, I wasn't fond of taking out the trash at the end of the stay. That's always done for me. Overall, it was a great stay. I would recommend it to others and at some point I will choose to stay here again!

The good and the bad

We liked the fact that shops and restaurants and the ocean were only a short walk away. We were fine with the three floor walk up. The large bed was comfortable. There were lots of pillows. There was plenty of room for the two of us. It was quiet. There was a washer dryer on the first floor. Communication was difficult at the beginning. The door lock broke before our stay ended. The bathroom is very outdated. The rugs need to be replaced.

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay in Hilton Head! The condo was just a short walk to the beach and in a perfect centralized location to any other amenities you could ask for. Having the option for a pool day was a huge plus as well. The house was well stocked, had comfortable beds and in sparkling clean condition. We will definitely be coming back to Hilton Head and staying here in this condo as well!

Disappointing

Lots of cons and a few pros to this property. Cons- -Microwave wired to a light switch -Paint looks like it was done by a 6yo -AC can’t keep up with hot days (holds at around 77) -Management extremely non-responsive (I asked about a parking permit 4 times and never received any response. On checkout day they called asking me to return the permit I never received) -Small shower with head at about 5’ high -3rd floor unit with only stair access -With all the additional fees charged your payment will be double the daily price -cockroach in the bathroom -bathroom fan wired backwards so blows heat straight from outside into the small bathroom and turns it into a heat box Pros- -price -right next to shopping at coligny

Amazing location and place BUT…

This place is amazing in terms of location and what it offers you. It is perfect for a family of four. The kitchen is great and the overall the place is great. Two things that really need to be addressed though and it would be PERFECT…the main bedroom has a light shining in from the complexes main hallway. Maybe a black shade or something to block the light. And second the shower…it just needs updating! The shower head is at, no joke, a height of 5’5. Would I stay here again… 100% I would! In a heartbeat!
