Great stay in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed this little gem. Loved the short walking distance to the beach, private balcony with a perfect view to the beach, and very comfortable beds and living space. Highly recommend this place, we will certainly be back!

Wonderful stay

This condo was great. Great view from the deck, great location - walk to Coligny shops. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were updated. My second stay here, no need to find another place on Hilton Head

Wonderful Vacation Property

This property met all our needs and then some! Wonderful location and perfectly stocked. We had everything we needed for our beach vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was very well updated and perfect for my husband and myself. We love the location and that they condo as a whole is small and right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The property was very cute and perfect for the two of us. The gate code was incorrect but contacting the property manager got it straightened out. We would stay here again.

We are a family of four and this unit was perfect for us. Great location and a very clean unit. Close (walking distance) to the beach and Coligny.

The location of this property was great and the space was perfect for a family of 5. However, we would not stay at another property managed by the same company (dwell vacation rentals). 1.) door code did not work at check in time. 2.) live cockroach was found in the bathroom our first night.3.) communication was difficult. Instead of being provided a list of necessary info, we had to message them every time something was wrong or we had a question. 4.) coin laundry is listed as an amenity on the listing. Upon messaging them asking where the laundry was, I was told there’s none on site but we were welcome to use a nearby laundromat…..that was very unpleasant news for a family of 5 expecting to do laundry while staying there.

Regarding the laundry, the property does have a coin-operated laundry facility located on the 3rd floor. Great long weekend!

Have been to HHI many times and typically stay in Sea Pines, but have stayed at Shorewood and South Seas Villas. Traveling with 2 college kids so wanted to be close to the beach and Coligny (and St. Pattys parade!) This Condo was spotless, comfortable, updated with great views and easy access to the pool and beach. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Second Stay

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this complex and it’s a great fit for our family of four. It’s a great location to walk to Coligny and convenient to the beach. The shared laundry room is efficient but I did report the washing machine was not working and the property manager was on it pretty quickly. We will absolutely book here again.

Overall a nice condo. Great location. King matress needs replaced. Screen door was off track when we arrived. We felt safe with locked gates at entrance and from the beach.

Great location, but it wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The coffee maker never worked, and we never got a replacement when we asked. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Great location , no HVAC

Great location close to the beach. The HVAC system was not working at all during our stay. It was difficult to communicate with the property manager.

Great Location

The condo is located in a great, central location of the island. Close to dining, the park, big box stores, and of course the beach. As we visited in the winter it was very quiet and peaceful. If you're coming in the Summer, be aware that it is right behind the pool. With Fire TV AND cable, along with Wi-Fi, it certainly is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle from the daily grind. My only issue is that there could've been more consideration put into the cleanliness of the space.
