Summary:
A short walk connects your front door to the bluff trail and the Pacific. Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 in this updated Sea Ranch home with two furnished decks, partial ocean views, a wood-burning stove, a jetted-tub room, and a ping pong game room — and your dog is welcome. The Del Mar Recreation Center's heated pool and courts are a one-minute walk.
The Space:
Breathe in the fresh ocean air at this three-bedroom Sea Ranch retreat — two furnished decks, partial ocean views, and the Del Mar Recreation Center's outdoor heated pool, tennis, pickleball, and saunas a one-minute walk away. Multiple Bluff Trail access points sit within a short walk of the property, the Sea Ranch Golf Links tee off one mile north, and downtown Gualala's groceries and galleries are three miles up the road.
While the exterior keeps that iconic Sea Ranch architecture, the interior is tastefully updated and full of warm natural woods, stainless steel appliances, and large windows framing ocean and meadow. Ease into the day with a soak in the standalone jetted-tub room, carry coffee to a furnished deck, watch birds and wildlife work the adjacent meadow, and take a sunset stroll to Walk On Beach before dinner in the elegant open kitchen. On foggy evenings, the wood-burning stove does what wood stoves do best.
Bring your pup along — this home welcomes 1 dog, and the bluff trails were made for morning walks together. A game room with a ping pong table settles any after-dinner debates, and bicycles are available for exploring the quiet Sea Ranch roads. From December through April, keep an eye on the horizon — gray whales migrate just offshore, and the decks make a fine viewing platform.
