The best part about this location is that you are 20 minutes from everything! Beach 20 minutes, downtown corpus, 20 minutes, south side eateries, less than 5 minutes!

Being centrally located, you are in the heart of Corpus. Driving around is easiest. Beaches can be 15-20 minute drive, some of the best Southside and Corpus restaurants are less than a 5 minute drive! You are able to walk across the street to enjoy the park and it’s amenities. (Basketball court, baseball batting fence, jungle gyms, and a pavilion with basketball courts)

Upon mutual approval, I will provide the code to the door that will give you full access during your time of stay.

★★The exterior of the property & parking lot area is monitored recording video & audio via our Blink monitoring camera system .
★★Pest control is routinely carried out in all units we manage, due to our coastal location and high humidity there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests. - Please let us know straight away if you spot any so we can arrange an appointment with our pest control team. - Although we make every effort to provide a pest-free environment, this is an inevitable part of life on the Texas Coast.

We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $120/stay pet fee per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*

Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.

Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy:

Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
