The space
Home consists of a 1st floor and 2nd floor unit. Private entrance, private space, nothing shared. Property owner lives in 1st floor unit. Rental is a newly renovated 2nd floor unit. Front and back private entrance

Bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided

Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are INCLUDED

2 Free adult Bikes available with 24 hour notice

We ask that you respect our property and leave the unit in the same condition you found it in.

This is a residential area located a short walk to the beach and bay. Our beach block hosts Sunrise Park where you will find a playground, kids splash pad, bike rental, beach grill, exercise area with outdoor equipment.
One block over is Centennial Park that hosts several FREE concert series throughout the summer.
In the opposite direction is Sunset Lake (the bay). You will find kayak, wave runner and boat rentals. Sunset Lake also hosts FREE summer concert series every Monday evening in July and August. Bring your beach chairs for a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy live performances while taking in the stunning sunset over Sunset Lake
