Stay in the heart of Kiva Resort by booking Kiva Lodge 604! This two-story penthouse unit features 4 bedrooms each with in-suite bathrooms, four balconies and was fully renovated in Spring 2022. Two primary bedrooms upstairs feature king beds, spacious bathrooms featuring two sinks, newly tiled walk-in showers and jetted tubs. One bedroom with a balcony with eastern Bay and Gulf views to watch the sunrise each morning and the other a private open-air shaded courtyard to enjoy a book. Both bedrooms open to large balcony to enjoy expansive western Bay and Gulf views while overlooking the 18th hole of the renowned Kiva Golf course and let's not forget warm sea breeze and the incredible sunsets. On the first floor of the unit, enjoy the fully renovated kitchen with plenty of storage in its double-sided island and new LG appliances with a refrigerator that produces craft ice balls to pour your favorite whiskey/bourbon over each evening after a round of golf or day at Kiva's private beach. Two downstairs bedrooms feature a king bed facing the western views and a private bedroom with a queen bed and office space in case you need a quiet area to remote work while here. Both bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms featuring newly tiled walk-in showers. All bedrooms feature modern large flat screen TV's and the 75 in TV in the open living area affords great place to enjoy a sporting event or family movie night.
