Our townhome is in a prime location within the association, offering easy walkability (about 5 minutes or less) to the pool, private beach, lakefront, tennis and pickleball courts and firepit.

The townhome features Adirondack style design - 2 floors- just steps from the lake, beach, and docks. Samoset community is perfectly positioned for both tranquility and convenience; this home offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

The Space
The open concept living area flows seamlessly to the porch and outdoor deck, creating easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor living throughout your stay. Ideal for families or couples, the home provides a peaceful environment while keeping you close to everything the Lakes Region has to offer.

Short-term rentals: We provide fresh bed linens, towels and essential starter supplies - along with thoughtfully prepared starter essentials to help you settle in comfortable, including dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products, and basic household supplies. Starter supplies are provided for the beginning of your stary and are not replenished during your visit. Please bring beach towels, as bath towels to remain in home.

To welcome you, we also provide complimentary coffee and tea for your arrival so you can immediately relax and enjoy your time at the lake.

Extended/winter rentals are available.
Available October through spring with a 60-night minimum. Utilities are NOT included. Tenant is responsible for electricity, heating, cable/internet, and other utilities. Plowing, shoveling, wi-fi hookup, landscaping and water is included.

Samoset Community Rules & Guest Requirements:

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests, renters must agree to comply with the community guidelines during their stay:
• Maximum occupancy: Limited to registered guests only (no additional overnight guests without approval)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles per rental; all vehicles must be parked in designated areas
• No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, or boats are permitted within the community
• Quiet hours
• No parties
• Trash & property care: Guests are expected to maintain the property and dispose of trash per provided instructions
• Dock & lake use: Follow all posted and provided guidelines for safety
Failure to adhere to community rules may result in termination of the rental without refund.
