With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a well appointed kitchen, it is the perfect get away with family or a couple's quick trip to renew and refresh as this is a laid back area. All new furniture and decorated to make you feel that you are on the island. Spend the day fishing as this area boast some of the best fishing for reds or trout. The dock even has a boat lift plus Lanark Village marina is only a couple miles away which make it convenient for boaters to slip in their boat and cruise to the dock. Then unwind by watching the sunset from the hot tub. For those who love to golf, St. James Bay golf and pickle ball is only 1-1/2 miles from this home plus a clubhouse restaurant with great food. Want to explore or head to the beach? Carrabelle beach, St. George Island and Apalachicola are just a short drive west and each have their unique vives.
