You have full access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo and all shared amenities. This includes two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, gated entry, and assigned covered parking. Inside the condo you will find a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, TVs in every room, broadband Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. The large 7th-floor balcony with Gulf and bay views is all yours to enjoy.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room features recently remodeled tile floors, mirrored walls, and rattan furnishings with a subtle seashell and aquatic decor. Expansive windows overlook the pool and the beach. GUEST BEDROOM — TWO QUEEN BEDS
A cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds and views of the Laguna Madre Bay — a peaceful scenic backdrop that is unique to this unit. A TV and ceiling fan complete the room, comfortably sleeping four guests.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Modern appliances and ample space make cooking a pleasure, whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full dinner.

A car is recommended for exploring the full length of South Padre Island, though many restaurants and attractions are just a short drive away. Assigned covered parking is included at the Summit. There is also a shuttle on the island that runs along the main routes, making it easy to get around without a car for nearby dining and entertainment.

The island is bike-friendly, and ride-share services operate in the area. The nearest major airport is Valley International Airport in Harlingen, roughly 35 miles from South Padre Island. South Padre Island also has a small regional airport for general aviation. From the airport, the drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway to the island is scenic and straightforward.

No smoking is allowed inside the condo.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM.

This 7th-floor unit offers a rare dual-view perspective — Gulf of Mexico views from the master bedroom and living room, and Laguna Madre Bay views from the guest bedroom. Very few units on the island offer both.

Assigned covered parking is included, which is a nice bonus during rainy weather or hot summer days.

Ceiling fans are installed for added comfort.

Please note that beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own or rent them locally.
