!! PARKING INFO PLEASE READ !!

Garage parking in Mission Beach is RARE. While our garage can accommodate up to 3 compact cars, and 2 standard SUVs, it is a TIGHT SQUEEZE and will require CAUTION when backing into the Garage.

The garage CANNOT FIT TRUCKS (ie. F-150) or anything taller than a standard SUV.

Additional overnight parking can be found on Mission Blvd. We recommend scoping out parking there and leaving your car there for the rest of the trip as parking can be difficult to find especially on weekends when it's busy.

House Rules - Please Read Before Booking. By booking with us you are agreeing to abide by these rules!

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by minimizing outdoor noise during these hours.

1. Quiet Hours: 10PM - 6AM. Please be respectful of our very nice neighbors!
2. While we are happy to accommodate large groups and gatherings, please be respectful of our property, neighbors, and quiet hours. Excessive noise complaints will result in eviction and cancellation of reservation without refund.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the house. A $1,000 fine will be applied if any evidence is present for deep cleaning and air purification.
4. Please remember to turn off the AC/Heater, stove, oven, lights, and appliances when not in use and when leaving the home.
5. If something breaks or gets damaged, please let us know immediately so we can get it fixed right away.
6. Only toilet paper can be flushed — no wet wipes (not even “flushable” ones), feminine products, or paper towels. If plumbing is clogged due to improper use, there will be a $300 charge for plumber visit.
7. Children must be supervised at all times.
8. No unauthorized pets — Pet Fee: $350 per stay and must be added to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will incur a $750 fee and cancellation of reservation without refund.
