Dining table has seating for 6. There is a full bathroom off of the kitchen (washer and dryer located here) There is a balcony located off of the living room providing space to soak in the Yachats breeze and beautiful sunsets.

Another flight of stairs takes you to the third story where there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
First bedroom: 2 twin beds
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
Bathroom: double vanity with tub/shower combo
Master bedroom: Queen bed with attached bathroom. double vanity with tub/shower combo.
