Guests log in with their own streaming accounts at check-in, and the TV resets automatically at checkout - easy, private, and hassle-free. No gaming console or game room on-site, but the lake itself is the real entertainment here.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking. You'll find a full refrigerator with working ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, toaster, and a solid lineup of cookware including baking pans, mixing bowls, and a knife block. Dinnerware, glasses, and utensils are provided for up to 10 guests. Grilling utensils are included for use with the propane grill downstairs.



Technology



One 65" smart TV is located in the living room. Guests can log into their own streaming apps for the duration of their stay. High-speed WiFi is provided through Spectrum.

A full-size washer and dryer are available in the home - no laundromat runs needed, even on a longer stay.

Guest Access:

Self-check-in is easy with smart lock. Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available on a flat, paved driveway - no four-wheel drive required. The host is available if questions come up, but you'll have full privacy throughout your stay. Note that the lower level of the home contains owner storage and is locked.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets allowed

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ No fireworks allowed on the premises

★No Discharging Firearms or Weapons - firearms may not be used for recreational shooting at or from the property.

★ The sliding glass door on the back deck has a built-in alarm - if left open too long, it will sound. Simply close the door and it stops automatically.

★ About 5 steps from parking down to entry, and approximately 15 steps inside to reach the upstairs bedrooms - keep in mind for guests with limited mobility

★ Paved, flat driveway - easy access for standard vehicles and trailers alike

★ Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
