The Space:

This completely remodeled 1st-floor ocean view condo has it all! Offering the finest upgrades and stylish decor that are a perfect blend of cheerful and comfortable, this condo is exactly what you deserve for your next vacation. Whether you are enjoying the electric fireplace, the breathtaking ocean views, or are using the shared on-site amenities, you will have plenty of fun! These amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a game room, movie theater, tennis courts, and a gym, so no one will be bored on this trip! Plus, you are only a short walk from the beach, so spend your days on the sand and take a deep breath of salty air. During your stay here in Ocean City, you will be conveniently located to great restaurants that are all within walking distance from this spectacular condo! Explore Ocean City and all it has to offer but be sure to top your day off at the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk for a full day of fun. Trimper's Rides is another great choice for amusement for the whole family. Exploring the coastline is always a great way to find some of your own favorite spots as well, so rent a few bicycles and cruise by the water like a local! Located in Ocean City, The Sea Watch offers guests everything a vacationer could want. Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. The den is open without a partition or wall. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed the Sea Watch pool and location. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great view. Vacasa helped us with an internet issue and we appreciated how well the communicated about our stay. We will definitely return.

Excellent property!

This property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The location cannot be beat, the condo was appointed nicely, and it is in good condition. For our little family, this unit was absolute perfection and we will definitely be back!

Feeling Blue in OC

Met our grandchildren in Ocean City to see the Blue Angels. Unfortunately, the weather was so terrible (cloudy and windy) that the Angels were grounded. The condo we rented was as advertised. It was clean, well furnished and close to the beach.

Beautiful,clean,very well kept property.

No complaints! The dryer didn’t work and the onsite maintenance fixed it after a call to management within an hour. Really nice area, security was great.

It is a terrific unit

It has: Very nice furniture thru out the unit The beds are very comfortable The entire unit is very clean Great view of the ocean as well as the swimming pool The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans,etc I highly recommend renting this unit.

Overall good stay

Nice building, condo and activities for kids. Could have been cleaner. Did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. Quiet, safe location. Easy drive to boardwalk.

Great Place - Great Location

My family had a lovely stay at Sea Watch, a condominium perfectly situated in the heart of Ocean City and with lots of great amenities itself. Our condo was as close to the beach as it gets, being both low to the ground and right on the beach. The condo had everything one would need while actually in it! Multiple beds, multiple full bathrooms, DirecTV, WiFi, lots of TVs, a kitchen, a laundry room, and beach gear to borrow. We highly recommend!

Very Very Nice

Loved everything about it... even though the WiFi information provided was incorrect & then didn’t start working until our the third day... that doesn’t affect my five stars! Would definitely book again at the price I paid!

Loved the location, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, kitchen and appliances were good, master bedroom shower was nice (not the entire master bedroom). Beds in both bedrooms need to be replaced.
