The Space:

Enjoy your beach vacation at Ocean Dunes, a quiet, well-maintained, mid-block building on 137th Street in popular North Ocean City. This three-bedroom condo features two spacious balconies with views of the surrounding neighborhood, bedrooms that are large and bright, roomy closets, and even a fireplace to curl up next to on chilly coastal evenings. The fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, making meal prep easy, social, and fun. Additional amenities at this condo include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a community outdoor pool - all within steps of the beach, restaurants, and activities on Coastal Highway. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was an amazing time to get away with my family and grandkids. The accommodations mad it very cozy and comfortable. The host was available for questions and answers, the view wasn’t too bad either. We enjoyed our time there.

short family vacation, wanted to avoid summer crowds. this locatio n was perfect for us. quiet but close to everything we needed. the apartment was so cute, romey and clean. perfect, perfect, perfect!!!. would definitely stay again. price was very reasonable, compared to others.

Love this condo!

This was the perfect place for our family! With two young children it was important we were close to the beach to make the trip to and from easy and the location was perfect! The pool was an added bonus, our daughters loved playing in the pool after the beach. The check in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed! We will definitely be back.

Great three bedroom for good price! Our little kids loved the pool and we had it to ourselves every day! Easy walk to the beach.

Great Property and Location

Steps from the beach, good layout of bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Everything in nice shape. Helpful to have two parking spots.

Perfect beach condo

Nice little condo ocean block, 2 mins walk to the beach, clean and cozy! Nice it was higher up, beach not crowded! Pool was always warm!

Clean & quiet...perfect location!

The condo is ADORABLE! More than enough room for 6 of us & everything was spotless & well kept. Beach access was breeze for kids to walk back & forth from multiple times a day. Previous guests left with the pool key which is needed to enter the gate so we couldn't spend as much time there as we hoped but seasonal condo owners were kind enough to help us get in when they were there. Lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance & off the beaten path from the boardwalk crowds. Perfect location for a quiet family vacation!

Wonderful stay

Love the luggage racks, covered parking, and elevator. Condo was super roomy and clean for the most part. Couch cushions need a good cleaning. Balcony for a wonderful. We lost water for a day but it was repaired by evening. Could be due to local construction. A/C worked great. Nice small pool. Will return.

Great property and location. Nicely decorated and cozy. WiFi very weak. Couldn’t get work done easily. Drains in hall bath tub & sink were slow. Fixtures also loose in tub. Screens on sliders in bedrooms were hard to operate. But still would absolutely stay there again! Family loved it!

Great, specious, wonderful location

We had an excellent stay at this property in August, for a final vacation before school starts. The condo was clean, nicely furnished with just what we needed. There was five of us and plenty of space, great location - 2 minutes to beach and I love North Ocean City - quieter than south part of OC, great food within walking distance. We really just wanted a clean, comfy place to land after a day at the beach and this fit the bill. We really appreciated how there was a sundries bag for us upon arrival - it had a few trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry pods - exactly what we needed so we didn't have to bring everything with us. We would def return to this property again!

Fine for a few nights

Decent place for a short stay. Some minor repairs needed. WiFi did not work consistently the entire stay but we were not going to spend time messing with it during a beach vacation and just used data. Biggest issue was prior to arrival instructions were not given on which parking spots to use and additional door code needed for condo entry. This was frustrating in the heat with multiple kids ready to rest after a day in the sun.

Good spot, could use some work

We stayed here for a weekend, the condo was pretty clean and everything pretty much worked. Some light bulbs were missing from some of the fixtures but this wasn't a big issue. The bathroom in the main hallway could use some work, fixtures in the tub were a bit loose and the shower curtain was pretty used. It was still a good spot despite these things, the North part of Ocean City is always fairly quiet, especially compared to the Southern portion.
