Getting out in the bay will be a breeze with the private dock available for your use, yet you can also stay right at home base and enjoy the fresh air on one of the four decks. Plus, this community boasts a shared pool, skatepark, sports courts, and a playground when you want to have a bit of fun closer to home base.



The interior of this gem will welcome each visitor with open arms after full days of excitement. The lower level will be ideal for entertaining and mingling from room to room with the open layout, high-end furnishings, and modern updates throughout. The full kitchen will be a cook's dream, as any recipe will be a breeze with the stainless steel appliances, oversized island, modern cookware, and bar seating. And, the adjacent living area features a TV with streaming capabilities and access to one of the decks with a gas grill.

Parking: Four designated on-site driveway parking spaces are included with this rental.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental.

The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.

Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.

Great Family Getaway!

The house is nice with plenty of room. We loved the view and caught many crabs and fish throughout the week.

Awesome House

Me and 3 friends stayed at this property for a couple of days. The house was awesome!! Clean, comfortable and right on the water. If you are a golfer the location was great. I will book this property again.

lovely house on the bay, the view was wonderful. we enjoyed the house and the bay very much. Suggest not to go off season, nothing to do in OC until after May 25. But we had a very good time of rest and relaxtion.

Quiet, comfortable and a perfect location.

The home was very spacious and had more room and accommodations than our family of 4 needed. Everyone had plenty of personal space. The decks and views were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed and had plenty of space. If you want to be on the water, you can't get any closer. 15-20 min drive to everything you need or want to do. Everyone had the best time, we will definitely be going again. It was so quiet, the neighborhood was awesome. Best vacation we ever had to Ocean City!

Great location, great views.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood, updated interior. Well-appointed, all extras we needed were on hand. Good AC. Lower bedroom not quite as updated as rest of house. Had to wipe surfaces upon arrival, not dirty but definitely didn't feel that a very thorough cleaning was completed. Code provided for lock box was incorrect. Reached an agent after about 20 mins on hold, not ideal as it was after a long drive, it was dark and mosquito-y. Had only warm water for first three days, Vacasa did send a plumber out to fix once we made them aware that there was no hot water. Overall this is a very nice property and it met our needs. Just a few hiccups made for a less than ideal experience.

Vacasa didn't care about our family emergency

My father in law had a medical emergency before our trip and we were not able to go. All other websites, like car rentals, Hotels and other rental website were very accommodating and helped us by cancelling our reservations or allowing us to change it to future dates even when we had reservations with no cancelation policy because they knew that it was a medical emergency. That is how it should be. Vacasa just kept our money knowing that we could not go because of a family emergency. I don't think that this is the way they should treat renters.
