Things to Know

-Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

-Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

-Guests will need to use their own accounts for streaming on the smart TVs.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Parking: Four designated on-site driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. The driveway accommodates up to four standard-sized vehicles.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental.

The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.

Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
