We're genuinely sorry that the handyman's work ran late into the evening with a child trying to sleep, as that is not the kind of quiet, restful end to a stay anyone should have, and it sits at odds with the spirit of the Quiet Neighbor policy. We also hear you on the slow-draining ensuite shower and the tight parking, and we've passed all of this along to the team to look into seriously. We're glad to know the location worked well for you and that the renovated bathrooms and in-unit washer and dryer were a comfortable touch. Hi Alison, thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We are sorry to hear your recent stay did not meet your expectations due to the issues encountered. We understand that cleanliness is of utmost importance and we deeply regret that the home was not up to our strict standards upon arrival. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. Our property manager confirms all the fabric furniture and carpets have been professionally cleaned. Regarding the outdoor furniture, we aren't aware of the odor. We sent a staff member to inspect the outdoor furniture and the owner himself came to the property to see about an odor and we couldn't smell anything. All blankets have been removed from the property, sent to a professional launderer, and put back into the closets, folded neatly. The stained walls will be addressed during the next deep cleaning. Stains aren't addressed during a normal turnover cleaning. However, the cleaners have been made aware of areas to improve their cleaning, such as ensuring that all dishes put away will be cleaned first. We have inspected the dishware, silverware, glassware, and cookware to ensure all items in the kitchen cabinets are clean. Kindly note we do not make the top bunk beds due to the safety of our vendors and staff. However, the clean sheets were in their protective plastic, ready for the guest to open and place on the top bunk. We apologize the door was left unlocked by the cleaners and we have sternly addressed this with them. We are committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience and will take all necessary steps to ensure that the same issues do not occur again. We truly hope we can host you for a more comfortable stay in the future, thank you.
