The Space:

Just minutes to the Delaware and Maryland beaches, this Bayside resort home - at 2,618 square feet - features great vacation spaces inside and out. The first floor features hardwood floors and crown molding and is home to the living area and an updated well-equipped kitchen, as well as the rear screened porch and deck, complete with updated furniture and a hard-piped gas grill. Converted into a game room, the garage is now an entertainment hub, including foosball and Ping-Pong. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Four TVs, a Blu-ray player, and WiFi are available for guest use. Plus, three kids scooters, cornhole, foosball and Ping-Pong will help bring the fun. *BAYSIDE RESORT AMENITIES - Heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool - Two outdoor pools - Children’s splash zone - Hot tub - Fitness center with a multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment - Jack Nicklaus Signature Bayside Resort Golf Course - Seven tennis courts - Basketball court - Sand volleyball court - Kayaking and paddleboarding (seasonal) - Nature trails - Stocked ponds - Community pier - Meeting and banquet facilities - The Freeman Arts Pavillion - On-site snack bars and tropical bars - Beach shuttle (Memorial Day to Labor Day) *Guests can only access the amenities for an optional per-person fee that varies by season. Children younger than five years old are free. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Courtesy items are not guaranteed. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great for a Family Getaway

The house was comfortable, with plenty of room for the 9 of us to eat together and watch tv together, as well as places to escape the crowd. The resort, as always, was great- close to restaurants, beaches, and a grocery store for the meals we made at home. And the pools are always a huge hit.

Light, clean, and spacious

The home has a great layout, especially in the kitchen area, which has a huge walk-in pantry and lots of storage space with convenient sliding cabinets. The bedrooms also have tons of storage space, which is especially welcome for families staying for a week. The many windows give a light and airy look, and the house was freshly cleaned.

The house was clean, except the garbage disposal had a strong odor. Had to purchase cleaner. Bedding was very stained and worn. The garbage cans were full when we arrived. Great location and communication.

Beautiful Home and Great Community!

We absolutely loved staying in this home! It was so well maintained and clean! It had everything we needed for the week- towels, kitchen supplies, bikes, beach chairs. The house is complete with 2 different sitting rooms and many bedrooms and bathrooms. It also had a ping pong table and foosball table that the kids loved! It is wonderfully located right in the center of all the amenities that the community offered. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere - the different pools, restaurants, the point, and even the food store. Thank you for making our vacation one to be remembered! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Not up to Vacasa standards

We adore the Bayside community and look forward to booking our 3rd visit. However we will not be using this house again. From barely any pots and pans to cook with, some cleanliness issues, and items being pictured that were not there like a pool table our Bayside visit was a bit of a let down. As always though, the Bayside amenities are second to none and there are some spectacular restaurants nearby.

Disappointing rental

The Bayside resort was nice but this particular rental needs alot of TLC and a good cleaning. Very disappointed - expected better from rental price - and the resort amenity fees were high even though alot if things were closed for season. Would not stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We came into town for a lacrosse tournament at the beach. Every year we come to town and try to find a place that will support our entire team. This community was it! The kids were able to walk to each other's houses. We had multiple families saty to and share places. This house in particular was perfect for us. We had 2 families stay. Each of the adults had a king sized bed and private bath. The additional 2 room's were plenty of space for the 5 boys we had, as well as giving them their own bathroom. I do wish Vacasa could figure out a way to I clude the pool/amenity passes I to the cost of the rental. Working out a deal with the club would be nice, it's hard to justify $700 for a family to enjoy the pool. We will 100% be staying again!

Bayside is Great!

We had some questions about the cleanliness however Resort Quest took care of everything. Our rental experience was Great! We have rented a home at Bayside for 9 years, this year was the first we rented from Resort Quest ... our experience was great they were very helpful and responded to our questions promptly. The house met our needs, we had 5 children under 8 and 6 adults. The two living spaces were very nice. The sectional sofas were comfy and the whole family could sit together ... as well as the table in the kitchen, we had every evening meal together! The kids also enjoyed the toys in the garage.

Great Location - home could use some upgrades

Property is overall aged. Chairs with stains. Rips in kitchen benches, drawers that haven’t been cleaned out. Garage with a broken ping pong table and snapped paddles. Location is great, and rooms are comfy… but could definitely use upgrades and a good cleaning. Also, zero communication from property manager despite multiple messages and photos.
