The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this fifth floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! A single-story design, accessible without stairs, this resort retreat offers a living and dining area, king bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. Spend endless hours basking in the sun and feeling the ocean breeze while indulging in the beachfront views on your private balcony. Create family-favorite recipes in the full kitchen that includes a refrigerator with ice maker and interior water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig, toaster, and a complete complement of accessories (dishes, pans, bakeware, bowls, etc.). Share your creation around the dining table, then kick back in the living room to stream shows and movies on one of the three smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay. Additional condo amenities include a Chromecast on the main TV, new furniture in the main bedroom (including bed), two pillows for each guest with allergy protection pillow covers, new draperies throughout, and outlets with USB charging stations in each room. A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities including world-class tennis, fitness centers, and activities for all ages. This place has everything!

We had a wonderful time. The home at Farragut was nice and well-furnished. The beach was so close and convenient, as was the boardwalk area. Not crowded at all, but enough people out and about that our family was able to make friends. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was very clean, lovely furnishings and an outstanding direct view of the ocean waves! Kitchen had plenty of supplies to make meals easy. Highly recommend!

Short but sweet

We only stayed in this lovely condo for 2 nights, but it was exactly as pictured. Clean, attractive, oceanfront, with all Sea Colony amenities available for our use. Hope to stay here again someday.

This is our third year in this home and the upgrades done are nice. Kitchen is well stocked, apartment is clean and spacious. We love it here and will be back.

Cozy Beach condo

Nice place to stay. Very easy to get to beach and restaurants. Convenient beach locker. Sleeping was a little tough- the beds were quite firm and pull-out sofa was somewhat slanted. Aside from that, everything was fantastic.

Great Sea Colony location (close to Edgewood House's gym and pools). Very nicely furnished, well-maintained and clean. Comfy mattress and pillows in master bedroom. A bit pricey for an off-season rental and no flexibility allowed on check-in and check-out times.

Great getaway during covid

Sea colony was a great place to go to the beach during covid precautions. Private beach meant less people. Precautions in the resort were followed by everyone we saw.

Great location and amenities

This was super convenient to the beach and had nice pools. The balcony overlooked the beach and was delightful. The specific unit had a few issues which is why it’s 4/5 stars. It was lacking a few minor things (toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap). It also has a broken stool, clogged shower drain, and a dirty coffee maker (there were grounds left in it).

Just stayed there!

Nice location and looks just as photos show. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Kitchen rugs did not look washed in months. Was hoping for more of a variety of pots and pans in the kitchen. The beds were not comfortable. The door was hard to open and close to the deck. There is not a hair dryer there. (FYI)

Perfect retreat in paradise

Everything was as advertised and extremely clean. The beds and seating were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen could use an update, but that isn't the reason we visit the beach. We would love to stay at 501 Farragut House again! Maybe we missed the memo, but we didn't realize that we need to check in at the Vacasa office across the highway before going to the condo. We used the code to get in to the rental and I called Vacasa to find out where we need to get parking passes from and I was told that we should have gone across the street first. No biggie, but it would have been helpful to know upfront.

We had a few issues during our stay. When we arrived the keypad to let us into the condo was not working. Upon entering the mattress for the pull out couch was on the floor. When we were retuning from dinner on Friday the keypad again was not working Had to call after hour and get sea colony security to let us in. This probably will be the last time we rent a condo from Vacasa.
