The Space:

You’re in for a luxurious stay at this gorgeous, four-bedroom home in Bayside Resort! This impeccably furnished, brand-new home boasts high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a split floor plan, offering the primary bedroom on the main floor plenty of privacy. The chef will love the sleek, roomy kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and lots of counter space for prep. The whole family can dine together at the adjacent table before heading out to explore. When you return, get cozy and watch a little TV, or opt for quiet conversation on the sectional in the loft upstairs. When bedtime calls, the kids will love the themed rooms upstairs - one for future golf pros and one for future cupcake aficionados - and the adults will love the en suite bathrooms in both of the other bedrooms. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Perfect rooms, modern decoration, amazing appliances, gas stove, amazing oven, silverware, outside BBQ, TVs screens galore, plenty of hot water and pressure, comfortables beds in every room, amenities, best rental so far in this area. We will rent this one again for sure!

Beautiful home, great amenities for off season

We love staying at Bayside, especially off season. This was a new house for us to stay in and it did not dissapoint. Close to The Point, easy access to Lighthouse Road. Weather was cold and rainy so the gas fireplace was very useful, as well as the indoor pool. The home was spacious and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Bayside is Awesome. Love the community!!

Pros- The house is beautiful! Great Decor. Cons- Very very very low water pressure not good for large families all showering at same time. Hot water runs out by 4th person

Beautifully decorated home with lots of space for families.

The home is lovely in terms of decor and has plenty of space for families! Had most of the items we needed in the kitchen and soap/shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Really only needed to buy hand soap and paper towels. Mattresses were not the most comfortable at least not for us and the upstairs sofa wasn’t too comfy either. Didn’t really use the back patio…the chair cushions need replaced and covers in general for the maintenance of the chairs would be helpful. But overall it was a great house within an awesome community. Quiet nice location! We love Bayside!

Great house

Nice house with a fully stocked kitchen. Kids really enjoyed the themed rooms. Beds were comfortable. Could use more seating in living room. Sun room is not usable or practical space. Fireplace broken for majority of our stay during cold weekend so that was also disappointing. Vacasa is horrible host and this was our second bad experience with Vacasa. Would never rent through Vacasa again.

Beautiful location for a weekend getaway!

I hosted my female family members at this home as a girls weekend getaway. They had not experienced a bayside home stay before. I’ve stayed with Vacasa previously and expected excellence. The home was spacious, clean and had all the luxury of home away from home - toys, w/d, d/w, well equipped kitchen, linen, entertainment friendly lounge area, games and the outdoor space was grand - ponds, deer, adorable bunny rabbits with manicured landscaping. The community was serene - peaceful. My (6) year old granddaughter had a ball! The bedrooms were fun and elegantly decorated. My mother tremendously enjoyed the view. All the neighbors were super nice. We are looking forward to returning.

Spacious home but lacking essentials

Three married couples plus an adult son stayed here for a wedding weekend. The adult son was in the wedding party and could NOT even get a one hour early check-in to shower and dress. House was very clean and spacious but plan on going shopping for all of your essentials when you get here. That was VERY disappointing. You will need to purchase shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper towels toilet paper, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, garbage bags and laundry detergent!!!!! ALL of the basics. Thus, other than having to find a store to go shopping we had an enjoyable time. Note that there was no fire pit as stated online. The ac in the house worked well and the area was nice. We did not use the pool table. There was a golf putt mat and putter, but no golf ball. We did not spend additional money to use the facilities, nor did we even see where they were located. Plan on spending an extra half hour to locate where you need to dispose of the trash upon leaving. All in all, it was a great stay, but the owners do need to step up their game.
