Let me start out by saying I wanted to rate each category 5 stars but the app would not allow me to change the layout to access the fifth star. We rented the property to accommodate family visiting for my daughter’s coronation as Miss Hampton University. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. So much space that accommodated all of our guests comfortably. Each living area and bedroom had a smart TV. And the tabletop video game was a stroke of genius and brought out the kid in most of us. The views of the canal and the ocean in the distance is ideal. The time of year/season prevented us from using the outdoor amenities but the pool and wet bar are attractive and would be awesome in season. Amenities were relatively close and available whether restaurants or stores or drugstores. Anytime we had a question or problem VueStay was responsive and timely to address the issue. There were only a few items noted by my family. There were a number of cobwebs on the outside that took away from the appearance of the property. Also I was not a fan of the toilet paper holders. They were open ended and made it difficult to keep the roll on the holder. Multiple times I would get paper and the roll would come off the holder and go across the floor like the Dead Sea Scrolls. I would recommend going to the standard closed ended holders. Overall, our time at Sandbridge was comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend it for a family getaway/vacation.

We're so glad each living area had a smart TV, and that the tabletop video game brought out the fun in everyone. Great for families!

We held our annual family beach gathering at this home and were very pleased. Pool was great, outdoor furniture was nice and plentiful. Gathering areas were spacious. Beach was a quick walk. Great house, go for it!

Best of both! Beach and Bay

Great for multi-families. Nice decking and yard. If a larger family may want to bring some extra pots and pans.Plenty of parking. Short walk to beach and great fishing off the dock.

Loved the house and the layout. Was great to have 3 living areas. Pool was great, kids swam until 9pm most nights. Only thing was alot of ants all over and the smoke alarms kept going off.

Rave review for beach be with you

This house was great. Roomy, homey and comfortable. Location was perfect. Our family had a great time beach accesss was convenient. Highly recommend for big families and an added bonus was the 80s video games, we played the all from pac man to break out!!!

Great trip

On the second day of the trip, we ran out of propane, and vacasa did a really great job of replacing it almost immediately. Super great service, really nice home. Very clean and very spacious. Would recommend!

Family stay in Sandbridge

We were in town for a family funeral in the winter and slept 16 very comfortably in this beautiful vacation home. We had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals, lots of games for the kids even in the cold rain. Highly recommend this rental for a big family. We loved the way the bedrooms were laid out for family units sharing bathrooms and the master suite was very spacious and private.

The home was one of the best in neighborhood. The week we went it rained a lot but they have covered area with a pool so the party was able to continue.

Great family spot!!

Very spacious house with multiple levels so everyone can spread out or come together in common areas inside & out. Plenty to do indoors and out. Short walk to the beach. One of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in which is very important. I booked too late to find a spot with a beach view but the canal out back with its own private dock, bench swing & the rooftop deck still allowed me to feel I was away from home relaxing on the water. Would definitely stay here again!! Loved it - thank you so much!

Kid-friendly.

Our group included kids, ages 5, 7, 11, 14, and young adults, 18 and 20. There were many available things for them to do both indoors as well as out. Not once did I hear someone say, "I'm bored." Personally, I appreciated that Beach Be With You was located at Sandbridge, away from the more populated and active Virginia Beach. It was private and quiet, yet popular tourist opportunities were not that far away.

Housekeeping

We checked in to find that two beds had no sheets and two bunks were never charged out; still had soiled linens. We ran out of propane during a dinner, we called and someone called back an hour later to say they couldn’t get one to us until the next day. Fortunately, the next door neighbor let us borrow their propane tank to finish dinner.
