Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The Neighborhood:

Tucked in the laid-back side of Miami Beach, this area offers a quieter, more local vibe compared to the busy South Beach scene. You’ll find a mix of cozy cafés, casual eateries, and everyday conveniences just a short walk away, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.



You’re also close to the relaxed shoreline of North Beach, known for its wide sandy stretches and less crowded atmosphere. It’s perfect for morning walks, sunset views, or simply unwinding by the ocean without the heavy tourist crowds.



For a bit more action, you’re a quick ride from hotspots like South Beach and Lincoln Road Mall, where you can explore shopping, nightlife, and entertainment while still enjoying a peaceful home base.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
