First Floor Condo on Golf Course Near Beach

This recently updated and painted first floor condo with huge patio facing ocean on the golf course and near the new Pickleball courts on Hutchinson Island is only a 4 minute walk to the ocean, on-site restaurant with two bars, resort-style pool and tiki bar.

There are 4 heated pools, 7 Pickleball courts, golf course, beach, tennis courts, bocce ball, gym, and on-site restaurant/bar in a quiet gated community with 24 hr. security. (Min. 7 nights and MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH.)

You will also find high speed Internet, a completely stocked linen closet, and all the beach supplies you will need stored in the closet. There’s a comfy mattress topper on the king bed and a pull out sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart blender, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a granite countertop. Parking is free and there’s 24 hr. a day security.
