HOT TUB ACCESS
Our hot tub is available year-round for guest use and is professionally cleaned and maintained between each stay. For your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing outdoor sandals, bathing suits, and robes for the short walk between the home and the hot tub. Hooks are provided to hang personal items while you enjoy your soak. Towels for hot tub are provided for use during your stay.

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with 1 king-sized bed and 2 queen-sized beds. Full bathroom with tub. Fully-stocked kitchen. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Propane grill.

A digital guidebook will be sent prior to your stay.

PET POLICY
We are happy to host you and your pet(s)--please notify us upon booking if you plan to bring a pet. We ask that pets be well-mannered. A nominal $50 pet fee will be added per stay. This fee helps to cover the additional cleaning required after pet stays and ensures the home remains fresh and enjoyable for all guests.

Pets must:
--not be left unattended in home unless crated. Guests are responsible for providing their own crate.
--stay off beds and furniture.
--be clean before re-entering the home after outdoor activities.
--be cleaned up after. All pet waste must be removed promptly.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors. This include

Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will result in additional cleaning and deodorization fees. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.

UNIQUE PROPERTY FEATURES
Our home offers several one-of-a kind features:
Waterfront Views - Enjoy stunning year-round views of the glacial waters of Round Pond from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and back deck.
Lake Access - Guests have direct access to a private lake during the stay. Please swim and engage in water activities at your own risk. Property owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Sleeping Arrangements - There are three bedrooms. 1 king-sized bed and 2 queen-sized beds. Extra linens are provided.
Resort Access - Guests have the option to enjoy daily access to the private Boulder Lake Club, located just across the street and within walking distance. Access is available through owner's membership and can be arranged prior to stay. The club offers a pool, beach, and boat rentals with a daily pass fee based on number of days you would like to visit.
