The villa is located in the small Dalmatian village of Slatine on the island of Ciovo, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. Here, there are kilometers of beaches that stretch along the coast to the tip of the island. They are just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. The small harbor in Slatine offers a selection of restaurants and shopping options. From here, you can reach Croatia’s second-largest city, Split, in just 30 minutes by passenger ferry. Trogir, located 7 km away and designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is every bit as impressive as Split when it comes to historic architecture.
Built in 2022, the villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean countryside, characterized by olive groves and centuries-old stone walls. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation, whether you want to actively explore the area or simply unwind and let your mind wander.
The villa is a 20-minute drive from Split Airport.
The villa consists of two separate apartments, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a living area, as well as a restroom on the first floor.
During the summer months, a 40 m² pool provides a refreshing escape. Under the shaded pergola behind the house, you can sit together undisturbed and enjoy the “catch of the day” cooked on a traditional charcoal grill. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house via a STARLINK antenna.
From the rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea with the Dinaric Alps in the background and Split with Marjan Park in the foreground. Behind the house, silvery olive trees stretch as far as the eye can see. When you look at the photos taken here, you’re sure to remember this special moment!
