On the first floor, you`ll find an ensuite bedroom with two single beds and a kitchenette so you can have a cup of coffee or a bite to eat before you go upstairs to join everyone else.

The second floor features an open floor plan with the living area blending seamlessly into the kitchen. A subtle nod to the ocean is featured in the backsplash and the front of the kitchen island.

Upstairs, on the third floor, you`ll find three bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, a tub, and his and hers sinks. You`ll also have a private balcony with a large, comfortable outdoor couch and two hanging chairs. The other two rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, share a bath.

In the backyard, you`ll find a pool with four sun loungers. If you`re coming from the beach, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off before getting in the pool. During the colder months, you can choose to add pool heat for an additional fee. A gas grill means you can grill hot dogs, hamburgers, or anything else. Propane is not provided but if there is some left from the last guest, feel free to use it. The Publix right down the street will refill the propane tank if it`s empty.
