Perched on the shores of the Blue River, your 1,300 square foot 2BR/2BA end-unit condo features high ceilings and a gas fireplace. Take in water views on the balcony, or open the window in the expansive master suite to enjoy the sounds of the river. End days with a relaxing soak in the shared hot tub.

Easily drive to the area's best ski resorts and hiking trails, or walk to nearby shopping and dining.

LIVING AREA

Gather by the gas fireplace in the living room, a sunlit space with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. A love seat and plush sofa invite you to kick back and watch a new film on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space and cookware for preparing favorite meals. Four can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers.

Serve home-cooked dishes at a wood table for six.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests in two bedrooms, both equipped with a smart TV.

Rest easy in the master suite, furnished with a queen bed and a full-size futon. A bright double vanity and tub/shower combination round out the en-suite master bathroom.

The guest room has a pair of twin beds and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Your private balcony offers views of the sparkling Blue River. Enjoy morning coffee at the bistro table for two. Stroll down to the riverfront and discover an array of seating overlooking the water.

Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. The condo's private garage is unavailable for guest use.

Located on the second floor, this single-level condo is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area. An elevator is not available.

Nice Riverfront

Very nice and clean condo with everything you need. Great location with shops and restaurants within a short walk or bike ride. We would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this warm & inviting condo right on the Blue River. It was a lovely setting and a lovely condo. Very convenient to everything. Could walk right out the door and sit by the river!

Fantastic property!

The kitchen is very well supplied with high-end cookware and modern appliances. The radiant heat and fireplace made for a cozy recovery from skiing. We had a great visit!

Great location

It's a great place. Close to the various ski hills. The garage was great for ski storage. Only complaints would be there were no humidifiers and the master shower head sprays very wide, not a big deal really.

It was perfect!

Loved this condo! Great location any time of year....close to multiple ski resorts, hiking, outlet shopping, concert venues, etc. Condo was lovely and well stocked - it was an added bonus that the Blue River was in the back year!

Great location. Fully equipped

30min or less drive to all the ski areas in the area. Condo was well equipped with everything including plenty of extra blankets and even a boot dryer.

Beautiful setting on the Blue River

Thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation with easy access to Keystone, Copper, Breck and Vail. Great location , sparkling clean and nicely appointed. view out the back is amazing, and saw a few very nice sunrises from the east facing dining area. Well appointed! We will be back if we can get this unit again!

Georgious condo on Blue River, Silverthorn

Very well appointed and beautifully decorated! The sound of the water was most relaxing and peaceful from the condo. Convenient to interstate and for fishing store and restaurants and shopping. Very spacious and roomy. Great base for fishing or skiing. Mountain View out the front and 100’ from the Blue River. Nice gas fireplace!

Excellent ski vacation lodging

This was the second year we’ve stayed in this unit for our ski vacation. Its proximity to multiple ski resorts makes it a great option. And its proximity to all of the retail and dining options in Dillon and Silverthorne ensure that every need and craving are met. The hot tub has been out of service for over three months, which is disappointing. But the unit is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, which includes a crock pot and food processor.

We had some issues with the the entry code, contacting the manager, and the cleaning. However, Vacasa made it more than right with a full refund. Thank you.

Nicely appointed condo with w weything you need to have a great trip. Beds and furniture were comfy and our party of 6 was completely satisfied with the roominess and well appointed and newly renovated kitchen. We will be back if we can book this gem!

Great Time in Silverthorne

Great, comfortable place. Plenty big for our family of 4. Nice community hot tub. Our only hiccup was the front door entry code when we arrived was incorrect so had to make some calls to resolve.

Wonderul Stay

This townhome provided a wonderful place to stay for a long holiday weekend. The home was beautiful and clean, with a great view of the river behind it. The location was within 30 minutes of many great ski locations. The hosts left a very welcoming note and gift. Highly recommend.

Property is conveniently located in Silverthorne with easy access to shopping, restaurants and pubs. It is also close to several ski areas. The property is spacious and has a nice view overlooking a stream. We would recommend this property as a nice getaway retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property. Lots of space and all of the cooking supplies needed for eating in. This spacious condo overlooking a beautiful mountain stream in the backyard was perfect. Easy check-in and check-out and management was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall great experience.
